As a TH-camr who plays & records games to keep their limelight going seeing the care behind these older retro games is amazing. I wish they had a walk in store where you could buy them locally instead of ordering, nonetheless it’s amazing to see the love & attention this technology gets even to this day! People saying the stuff there are way too overpriced but i say it's fine because they make sure when you order your 20 year old console that can be broken , dusty, slow , or not working at all that you get it in shape and perfect conditions so i say they deserve it.

People commonly say the prices are ridiculous and they may be but I have no problem paying theses prices to keep a company like this in business. The genuine love and care from Joey is awesome, the videos and power he puts out made me want to play old games again and I fully intend to buy a PS2 when I can. I'm glad he posted a video like this. A lot of customers have been complaining about his prices and while they are a little higher than most you have to take in consideration when you buy something from this company you can tell it is coming from hands that care about the product, from refurbishing, restoration, and even maintaining the products that they have you can tell they are super passionate about it. Also it doesn't seem like this is a one-man show It certainly seems like he has a team around him that he also has to be sustained so when you factor in overhead cost and organizational costs such as legal liabilities I think the price is justified. The fact that he knows the ins and outs of his products to a T is a worthy selling point for me. He also has never acknowledged the high prices which is a good business strategy I think he should continue to market the prices that he has and ignore the naysayers simply because sometimes they don't know what they're talking about.
Been a customer of dkoldies for awhile. My GameCube collection has gotten massive over the years thanks to these guys.
