I took the exact same road due to a traffic congestion on GT road with a lot of frustration when i was traveling from Bhadrak, Odisha to Delhi. :( Hope road condition will surely improve soon on GT road especially. But Purvanchal expressway is awesome. from your video i can feal that i am watching my dashcam recording. Thank you for sharing your experience. waiting for your Delhi Rajkot trip.
I think the shortest route from sasaram to purvanchal expressway will be via kochas-chausa upto Buxar and then after crossing the border you will directly reach purvanchal expressway.
We have already used that route in our previous Sasaram Delhi Trip i.e kochas chausa and then to ghazipur. Problem is you need to cross lots of small towns with market on both the sides of road. During Chhath puja it would have made our progress very slow.
All the option which connects Purvanchal exp from Bihar is same, maine Aurangabad via Vikramganj wala b road liya tha but ispe truck aur bus ka bahot traffic rehta hai. 😂😂

Suspension is soft and good for city drives. At high speed above 80, you may feel some vibration on uneven surfaces. Overall, it's good but not like old duster, which I think has one of the best suspensions in mid range cars.
