Regarding the Hobby Lobby sale, since the sale for that canvas was 50% that Saturday you mentioned, chances are that the sale will come back in two weeks. Saturday night the signs are swapped out, Sundays they are closed, so Monday is your best bet to see it on sale.

These aren't even real names, but they're the same in every American city. How long until there's just Amazon and Wal-Mart with Target a distant third with maybe MAYBE the independent crap supply with the independent resale shop. Those figure swappers definitely need to burn in figure hell. I had a bad experience with them not that long ago. I preordered the newest version of the MCU Black Widow with the new great head sculpts through Amazon and ended up getting a new box with the old version of black widow from 2013 delivered. Obviously swapped out since you could tell it had been opened and taped back together using a different kind of tape than the one used to originally seal it. I couldn’t bring myself to return it and have someone else deal with the same misfortune.

I collect 1/6 scale figures which are insanely expensive but nowhere near as frequently released as these. I figure the sheer amount of volume of collecting smaller figures like these, even at a fraction of the price, would be just as pricey as collecting 1/6, maybe more?
