    Acedeck is really putting the rest of the board manufacturers to shame! I have the Ares X1 and have a Nyx Z1 coming, the customer service with Acedeck is top notch.

      They’re really bringing the heat! Congrats on the boards, that’s a great setup to have. 🤙

    Great minds think alike. Just dropped mines and I see yours. Good content. Like you said Acedeck is really holding it down. Really solid offerings. Happy holiday to you and yours. 🤘🏾🤘🏾

    I'm with you, the board is so pretty and I don't wanna scratch or even get it dirty..lol. A mountainboard that i don't want to get dirty.. lol . Great review.

    What size shoe you wear? Im a size 12. Do you think that battery will give me enough room for my front foot?

    • @ELECTRIC-DNA
      @ELECTRIC-DNA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m a 8.5 so hard for me to say. Check out Patrick Phillips, I feel like he may have a larger foot and I know he has reviewed the NYX also. Might help.

      @@ELECTRIC-DNAI have size 12 as well and had the exact sane question. Did you get an answer?

    Great video! I'm located in Phoenix too and always looking for places to ride. Where is this pathway? Thanks!

    • @ELECTRIC-DNA
      @ELECTRIC-DNA  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! This path is near agroptopia, directly below the 202 and runs parallel to it. There is a group ride this weekend if you’re on the Facebook Phoenix Eskate group check it out. It’s going to be in fountain hills. 🤙

    How does this stack up to the propel endevor pro 2, these are the 2 I'm stuck between

    • @ELECTRIC-DNA
      @ELECTRIC-DNA  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I’ve been on the propel only a few times riding friends boards. But I can say that the NYX has way more power than the propel and overall seems a lot more refined. I’d personally get the NYX. CNC parts, gear drives, better cells used, less moving parts to break, higher voltage… But I will say the suspension is kinda cool on the propel. From what I’ve read the endeavor is more of a street board and the NYX is for sure more geared toward offroad. I wish I had more time on the propel to be able to give you a better head to head comparison.

      What did you end up going for?

  • @rui189
    @rui189 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    It is similar to the lacroix, do you think it's better to just buy this new model or a used lacroix with similar value?

    • @ELECTRIC-DNA
      @ELECTRIC-DNA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I haven’t ridden a lacroix to directly compare so it’s difficult to say. This one is a top mount so if you’re doing more off roading I’d probably lean this way. I’m sure both are really fun, just different

      @@ELECTRIC-DNA Yes friend, I understand, is it possible to change the tires on this model?

    • @ELECTRIC-DNA
      @ELECTRIC-DNA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@rui189 yes you can change the tires. I don’t think you could use smaller than 8” though. Maybe 7” but the gear drives will be really close to the ground then. I’d recommend staying on 8”.

      @@ELECTRIC-DNA Thanks.

    • @ELECTRIC-DNA
      @ELECTRIC-DNA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sure thing. At 24fps you’ll be able to let more light into the lens. You won’t be able to do slomo very well, always a trade off. Lots of trial and error and you’ll figure it out. Have fun

    Ares X1 4wd or Nyx Z1 for heavier riders?

    • @ELECTRIC-DNA
      @ELECTRIC-DNA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think either would work honestly. So just comes down to riding style you’re looking for. I’d guess the NYX would give you more range as well.

    Are the fancy axle nuts lock nuts? Or do you have to use loctite?

    • @ELECTRIC-DNA

      Found out they come with loctite in the threads already. So I’d recommend to most to put some on if taking them on and off a lot.

    whar range you can do on mid speed

  • @stripes5773
    @stripes5773 ปีที่แล้ว

    The board may be nice, but the way they made knock off version of established company's products isnt. The trucks are just cheap hypertrucks, the hubs and nuts are copies of land-surf. The deck/esc/bullbars are direct copies of trampa as well, but that's a little generic design choice, so can't take off too much for that. Same goes for the ESC and Sabre Dynamics
