I agree...how can anyone do anything approaching teamwork when no one can communicate? Not that many will actually do teamwork...I have to say this is the 1st Battlefield that Iv pretty much barely played.
The lack of teamwork in 2042 is part of why it’s so rare to see close games. 1 team has a squad that understands teamwork and 1 team doesn’t.
When you do find that team that actually knows how to play like one they don’t carry from map to map. Stupid servers. Only way around it is by squading up.

Dice marketed BF2042 as large scale warfare and then proceeded to shrink maps down and introduce smaller and smaller maps.
By their own admission, they do not know how to make large maps work.
Funny, because the devs of BF4, BF1 & BFV didn’t seem to have that problem.
BF2042 dev’s solution was to shrink maps down and throw in more cargo containers and carrier bags 🤦🏽♂️.
Map size aside, BF is still mostly a run and gun game.
It’s a free for all in 99% of the servers you join.
That’s fine, I’m not knocking how anyone wants to play.
But don’t expect teamwork.
The maps are too small to encourage any real definition of tactics or strategy.
You need one of the upcoming shooters for that.

I had a Spearhead breakthrough (attacker) game like this going 70+ with single digit deaths, like 3 or 4 because of a buddy medic of mine and some random also going 70+, this was on console.

Impressive gameplay as always however I think you deserve a worthy opponent in a match that actual has spatial awareness and skills. And team collab does make a big difference indeed!
Im a Dozer player but im not 12, I don’t use the shield that often, only to protect others from grenades. I use him because he is more like a normal soldier because at least he doesn’t fly around with a grapple
Dozers having a 12 yr old mentality is prolly right. Cuz I felt like a child running Dozer with a 12M/MCS and cheesing everyone on Redacted BT. Getting T1 Dozer was sorta worth it. I’ve never felt so drained after a 2042 play session since.
i dont know why people want and complain for squad orders when no one uses them because the game isnt built for teamwork. Especially when this game launched

really annoying that you cant see your highest killstreak in this game, pretty sure you could in previous titles, got a 97 killstreak on Redacted but got nothing to show for it except a grainy iphone picture of the scoreboard😂
The reason maybe the reward system does not reward passive players and game play there's the bruteforce player, and the more passive player like if I snipe on this angle and take out those who are stopping progression to help the squad, but the game does not reward such play, also you get taken out of the game before you need ammo and Falck is chosen by meany only to heal self

Enders will you ever try Hazard Zone? It’s a pretty competitive mode and extracting is never easy.
Poor experience but still very competitive and fun sometimes. With randoms it’s unplayable, you need a squad of 4, you should give it a try.

I can never get the opposing player's name to show up so bright red like you. How do you get it so bright and easy to see?
Idk about console but PC has color correction options to make games more bright and vivid, i use the built in feature from my AMD software.

I always wonder how can you take so many shots. In my games it feels It's 1-2 shots and I'm down. But in your game it feels like 10-20 shots is needed.

I think this video misses the point. Battlefield _should_ be increasing its emphasis on teamwork and reduce its emphasis on getting massive killstreaks. The problem is that DICE/EA opened up the franchise to a bunch of normies who don't value teamplay, much less playing the objective, back when BF3 released which is the main reason even basic-level teamwork like throwing down ammo crates and reviving allies basically never happens anymore. Most of the real fans who shared Battlefield's core values have already left the franchise due to mistrust and frustrations with the gameplay.
If we want this to be fixed, the broader design needs to shift away from kill-farming and back towards BC2-style design (all the way down to the way progression systems are handled, not just map design, gunplay, etc.), and from there we need to gatekeep the series to protect it from people who aren't interested in the core of its formula. I know this means that the ever-popular "sandbox" of modern Battlefield will end up being substantially reduced in scope, but that needs to happen anyway.
Bf was never a team game, what bf does well is having easy to learn gameplay with combined arms warfare. Basic shit like reviving and giving ammo isn't good gameplay and isn't even good team play. Games like squad or hell let loose do this better where squads need to corporate to succeed forcing team play. However, team play just simply isn't needed/wanted in bf, bf is a very casual game and doesn't really require you to make complex strategies, this is good, bf players don't want complex system that slows down the pace of the gameplay, they want a fun, fast, enjoyable experience that's simple and easy and it does it pretty well in past battle fields like 5 1 and 4.
No the Battlefield playerbase has always been v casual and low skill floor. Those normies have been here since the beginning.
Kill farming as you call it allows for objectives to be captured, as well as directly removing tickets. Those farmers who dont "play as a team" are the ones carrying you to victory with literally no exceptions.
Take BFV for example. The devs actively punished solo play through attrition. But the best players like Enders, Focus etc. still carried their teams because they are good FPS players and this is an FPS
Teamplay is a myth, better clearing a flags then reviving your useless 5kills and 200pts ass in the middle of the open. I have 45 000 revives, 2 million healing pts, and over 122 000 teammates ressuplied, but it's clearly useless. You know why? Because when I check the scoreboard, chitters can't even protect flags with their useless 3 kills, 1 capture (they made in the beginning of the game with over 25 guys on the same flag, thinking they PTFO) and 200pts highscore.
My average game is, let say, 75 to 100 heals and ressuplies. 4 to 6 KD. Maybe 15 to 20 revives. But it's all useless because half the team can't make kills and are simply unable to be effective.

His KD in older titles was 0,3. You realy think he knows how to push the frontline on breakthrough ahah. I would say it's the inverse, he keep the medics busy to revive his useless ass instead of them to focus pushing and killing defenders.

Love your gameplay, but man I play on xbox and I have to face ppl that może like you jumping all the time and this makes me mad, because U CAN'T find games on xbox without crossplay. Order battlefields were fun in this I have to be tryhard to do good. Next bf needs to be console vs console only!
