Things are so peaceful and serene in the snow, I hate summer, the birds won't stop yapping, it's 4am here on the east coast of the United States and its starting to get light outside, I love it after a snowstorm when it stays cloudy.
It's staggering to think that two, thin ribbons of steel could carry people through this beautiful, inhospitable country so gracefully...and with such minimal, environmental impact as compared to a highway.
This is fantastic! I'm watching this and listening to Umphrey's McGee "Live at Red Rocks." It just sort of works together. Outstanding!! And, the stark beauty of the countryside is breathe-taking.
You certainly know how to grow lots of snow a good video no mater how far you travel there is famed snow not like here in Australia can't stand the stuff
This nice video and I enjoyed watching but could been better if you turn on head lights going thru long tunnels and post the town's as you went thru or stop at stations, also been nice to show train before starting trip.
Nice video but expected audio to have less static humming and more of the rhythmic clanking. Is that not present in modern trains? I understood it's about the small gaps between rails that allow room thermal expansion. Perhaps you just can't hear it in the drivers cabin? I had to play audio from another video to set the mood right :D
mais qu'est-ce donc que ces signaux orientés perpendiculairement à la voie ? sont ils rotatifs pour tourner dans le sens de la marche du convoi? à quoi servent-ils ? merci d'une éventuelle réponse ! vidéo magnifique
beautiful ride if this were an amtrack train it would slow down to to 25 mph hour the whole way hell trains suspend service cause there are leaves on the the track!!!

What is that long covered structure at 7:00? Is that a walkway, a conveyor belt or something else?
Very scenic ride. What kind of locomotive is it?
Beautiful. Crystal clear. What kind of camera did you use? First of my favorites.
He just recorded this from TV.

I expect they have welded rails. See "Railroad thermite welding" on youtube.
I guess something died at at 14:03 ...
Marco Hoppe sadly... i think so too
Bob Ciminel asks "Why no headlights on in the tunnels ?" Good question; I see that there's a headlight when we get two-thirds of the way to Bodo . . .
does anyone know what game this is? the graphics are amazing
Very nice, good job. Can I use your video for some background for my you tube?
