Hi.No doubt Ava is happy to see Hannah after a year or so apart.You might have a point about the cost of housing for locals.But that's an issue for the government,rental industry,to sort out not Hannah.That happens too in England with people having second homes in Villages.That stay empty most of the year.I get the point you are making.
