✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
For Filling:
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp.
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - Some
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 4-5
* Spring Onion(हरी प्याज़)
* Cabbage(गोभी)
* Carrot(गाजर)
* Chili Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Boiled Potato(उबले आलू) -2
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 1
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying
For Spring Roll Sheets:
* All-purpose Flour(मैदा) - 1 Cup
* Water(पानी) - More than 1.5 Cup
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Oil(तेल) - Some
* Water(पानी)
For Slurry/Paste:
* Remaning Paste(बचा हुआ पेस्ट)
* All-purpose Flour(मैदा) - 1 Spoon
* Water (पानी)
For Chutney:
Tomato Sauce(टमाटर सॉस)
* Butter(मक्खन) - 1 Spoon
* Garlic(लहसुन) - Some
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some
* Chili Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Filling: in a Pan, put Oil, Cumin seeds, Green Chili, Spring Onion, Cabbage, and Carrot saute them then add
Chili Flakes, Chat Masala, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chili Powder, and Boiled Mashed Potato mix it well add some Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice and mixes it in this way filling will get ready at home.
For Chutney: take a Tadka pan, put Butter, Garlic, Green Chili, Chili Flakes, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, and Coriander Leaves then add this Tadka in tomato sauce.......
For Sheets Batter: in a big Bowl, put All-purpose Flour, Water, and Salt and mix it well to make a paste. Take out the mixture in a bowl For Sheet wrapping.
Take some nonstick Tawa, put the mixture in them & give them steam for 30-40 secs. Then take out the steamed Sheet in a plate and grease some oil on it. then make all the sheets in this way.
For Rolls, take some Spring Roll Sheets. Fill the filling, apply the paste on the edges & fold it as shown in the video.
Shallow Fry them or you can bake it in OTG/Oven/Air Fryer at 180 degrees for 10 mins. Serve the Crispy Spring Rolls with Sauces.
