Site measurement 40x60=2400 sq ft.
Say 10000 per sq ft then it costs of the land 2.4 crs.
As he mentioned in discription built up area is 11000 sq.ft
Therefore for construction and interiors it costs 5000 per sq ft means 5.5 crs ,extra costs around 50 laks totally 6 crs house built in 2.5 crs land combined together around it's 8 to 9 crs house.
