    Hey Daria, Just wanted to say these recent 30 mins video based on common software are very helpful. Thank you for your hard work.

      @@ScrumMastered Thank you for replying. I think a 10 to 15 min video that can show the common softwares that one might encounter in a scrum role would be very beneficial like a mind map or so. Obviously, there are many detailed online tutorials for various software but if there can be mind map or something similar based on % used currently in the industry then one can really streamline which softwares to emphasise on and in which part of the agile role they are used in. Once again thank you very much for your videos.

    Amazing. Thank you so much, Daria. Could you please also make a video on how to facilitate decision making sessions with remote teams? Any techniques, maybe Miro templates. Let's say how you would run a meeting where you need to create a DoD with the team. Thanks

      Hey, Thank you! I might do another video maybe with a different tool like Mural to show a few other ways to facilitate discussions.
      I actually have a guide on the Definition of Done specifically that includes a workshop template in case you are interested: shop.scrummastered.com/product/definition-of-done-guide/

    Hi Daria! I wanted to ask you a quick question about how you use confluence to document sprints. I followed the advice on your video about creating the different formats in confluence and it was so so helpful!!!!
    Do you have a particular way that you document progress of the sprint or project? Like when you have a daily stand up (daily scrum meeting) do you document what’s done in confluence somewhere too? Do you take notes in there?
    Thank you!

      Hi, glad it was helpful. So I usually don't go into nitty-gritty on a daily basis because it may become an overhead that doesn't really bring value.
      But sometimes if we have something important we want to note, we would just add it into our Sprint Report Confluence page for that Sprint. For example, if there was a major dependency or issue we want to bring up during the Sprint Review. Or if during the Sprint we decided that we need to discuss something in the Retrospective, we would note it. Just to make sure we don't forget.

    Hello Daria, really great video with good information. I particular liked you suggestion on setting 1 page to include Planning, Review, Retrospective, etc. notes. Is there a way to include a link on the Jira Board or Active Sprint page that will take you to the confluence page? This would be a time saver. Thank you!

      I think you can add links to the sidebar on the left

    It's not miro or mural but Confluence works fine for collaborative meetings like retrospective. Invite team members to add edit the page.

    I would certainly watch more videos similar to this where SCRUM, Confluence and Jira comes together. It's exactly what I'm looking for at this moment as it aligns perfectly with my new job. This content is wonderful. Thank you so much for creating this for us and for taking the time.

    My company uses Jira but not confluence. Is there a way to get similar templates in sharepoint?

    • @ScrumMastered
      @ScrumMastered  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'll look into sharepoint - it's not something I used previously, but I'm sure that these can be adapted there as well. So is Sharepoint used like a Wiki in your company?

    Keep in mind that you want your team to be totally open & honest in the retrospective.
    This will be very hard to do if it is all being documented (especially if it's documented in a place that management can view).

    • @ScrumMastered
      @ScrumMastered  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @craig7409 I believe you can limit visibility and only share the information you want with your management teams. But in the end you want to create an environment where employees are not afraid of their managers :)

    Hi, we use confluence labels to organize our pages. Is there some AI based solution which adds them automatically?

    • @ScrumMastered
      @ScrumMastered  ปีที่แล้ว

      It seems that nowadays every company tried to introduce some kind of AI into their product. Here's what I found for Confluence - www.atlassian.com/blog/announcements/unleashing-power-of-ai - though I've never explored it myself.
