Please check bonus is to be calculated on Rs. 7000/- or minimum wages for the scheduled employment whichever is higher as per the Gazette of India dated 01.01.2016 effective from 01.04.2014.
Dear Sir, If state minimum wage is higher than 7000, Bonus will be calculated on state minimum wage amount, I think so but you forgot to tell us. Thanks Praveen

same question... Apprentice cannot be paid bonus as he or she is not considered an employee (section 2 (13))
