You never cease to amaze me!!! That village is totally awesome and made with very little expense. Just lots of imagination, nimble fingers, and a couple of tools to help. God truly blessed you and gave you a gift. Bless you dear woman. ❤️
After I got upto 300K trading with Mrs Elizabeth Hawley. I bought a new House and I'm now able to send my kids to a better school in the states thanks to mrs Elizabeth. When someone is straight forward with what he or she is doing people will always speak up for them.
I liked the book, the mailbox, and the radio best but then I’m a kid at heart and I love a diorama. I always think “oh I could do that!” in my Dad’s old toolbox or an old cheese box, but the likelihood is slim. I do so love watching you do it and appreciate that you show us your “oops!” moments, too.
Wow your tiered wood village is magnificent! Way better looking than the $300 inspiration!!! Now you’ve got my wheels turning. I think I’ll make your upright wreath idea for a centerpiece. The mailbox was so clever as well as the book and radio! Thank you for a wonderful inspirational Monday! ☃️🦌🎄🎁🍪🎅🏼🔔⛪️
Oh Sherry! You made my heart smile so much with your little villages! When my sons were little they loved two ceramic houses I made while taking ceramics classes. They were mesmerized by them with their little bridges and streams. Now my grandson is just like his Dad. I loved them all so much! I may have to dig those little houses out of storage and give them a new chapter by adding snow! Thank you so much for reminding me again of how the "little things" really are the big things!😊
My favorite was the mailbox diorama! Inspired by your original idea, in addition I think it would also be cute to add a few Christmas cards sticking out of their envelops somewhere on the mail box or inside of it to sort of keep the theme of it being a mail box where one would receive said Christmas cards.
I really liked the mailbox and the radio diaroramas...such neat ideas❤ I have used the balsam houses as well in my Xmas decorating but not to your extent...gets me thinking🤫
I loved seeing all your ideas. I made a more primitive version using small cardboard boxes and utilized small limbs off of a tree that died on our property this year. I made a cabin village. I used the petal pieces of pinecone as the roof shingles. I put led tealights in the bottom of each one so they will light up. I used empty tp rolls formed into cones and used the petal pieces of the pine cones to make trees. Painted them green like all the beautiful pine trees we have on our property. I love that I was able to use treasures from our little piece of heaven.
I would like to see a picture of Carolyn's village maybe you could show some subscribers efforts after being inspired by you. I am sure it would be popular.@@CanterburyCottage
I’m an author so the book idea really impressed me! I have downsized and haven’t taken my village out since I moved because I felt I had no room. Now I can display it again. Thanks for your creative ideas!
OMGOSH I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome and beautiful all of those Christmas Villages were. You are so gifted. I think this is my favorite video ever.
As usual you have outdone yourself. The radio looks like an old fashioned Tv. We use to make Diaramas using loaves of uncut bread, Cut out the middle of the loaf leaving an opening oval big enough to fit what you wish in your scene. Mini trees, snowmen, small mirror or a pond, let the loaf dry out before placing chalking for snow sprinkle with glitter or fake snow. Tie a ribbon around and display on a breadboard. You can make a doll house room, gingerbread house, mini kitchen, fairy garden or whatever you want. Leave the loaf plain or paint with a clear coat like Mod Podge. You can bake your own loaf or pick some up at a bakery. Thanks for sharing, Sherry!
Sherry, you are AMAZING !!! WOW, each village is awesome ! I have never been a big fan of Christmas villages, but yours have definitely changed my view !
Loved, loved, loved them all!!! But my favorite was the large houses tiered on the wood. You inspired me to try a winter scene for my fireplace for after the holidays. Thank you for sharing your creativity.
I was surprised at how cute the second wooden village turned out! ADORABLE. But I would have garbaged it up with froufrou because if there’s no glitz on everything, I can’t sleep at night. AND, I would have tried to make the buildings myself and the project would have languished for years in my craft room. Well done, Sherry!
I was just thinking about all the different versions we could create. Maybe we should have a Christmas Eve online 'party' where she shows viewers renditions of her ideas. I like the pastel 'sugarplum fairy' colors.
Well, I've never seen mailbox or radio villages, and I have to say that I'm impressed...except I keep hearing the dogs barking "Jingle Bells" when I look at the radio! I didn't think the book village would work out, but it's really cute. Your fireplace village is way cuter than Balsamic Hill's. And your wreath village is cuter than Martha Stewart's. Your cleverness is amazing!
You are my cheap hero!! I cannot abide most prices and watch TH-cam for ideas and you NEVER disappoint. Your stash is astonishing. I don’t get many Christmas cards anymore, but your use of them is inspirational. The book idea might be my favorite but I fear if I tried to replicate it there might be a disaster.
Thank you again! All of your art is incredibly inspiring! The mailbox 📮, and the radio 📻 are hands down my favorites! I have an old aluminum bread box that I just haven't been inspired by the right idea yet...a very special, close friend found it for me .I've had it several years now kept thinking I would paint it ....the top rolls back into the inside...you have me thinking " what a wonderful surprise and delight it would be to open it up and find a mini snow covered Christmas village!! I've got alot going on right now...I am however going to try my best to do this for this year! God Bless❤❤❤
Just spectacular!!! I cannot choose just one. They were all gorgeous and could be something you could pass down to your children and then their children. Oh to have half of your skill and imagination. Bravo Sherry.
WOW!! Oh my goodness Sherry you are amazing!! My grandsons would love all your amazing villages! Very detailed and makes your imagination run wild! In a good way!😊 I can tell you are a teacher by your wonderful projects. You are awesome!!! Thanks for sharing. Praying the Lord will continue to bless you and your family. ❤
Sherry, you truly are an inspiration. I was set to say your $300 dupe was my favorite but then you went and put a Church in the mailbox.❤❤❤ I also love the clock radio. Quite frankly I always love it when you outdo yourself. Thank you so much for all you do. God bless you.❤
Sherry, you constantly amaze me with your unlimited and inventive imagination. I just don’t think my brain works this way, but I am happy to try to copy some of yours if that’s okay with you. I am unable to do crafts at the moment for various reasons, but so look forward to next year following you and your wonderful imagination. I think the reason I like your channel better than some of the others is that you always try to be as economical as you can. If you need to buy things you get them at the best price and tell us where. I live on the other side of the Atlantic and also live on an island in the English Channel called Jersey that is only7x9 miles . Our selection is somewhat limited and expensive. You give me hope to keep going . I love all the villages including the bird house one you did last year. Thank you. Have a wonderful Christmas Season when it arrives!!
Thank you for all your lovely comments, Deborah! 😊 I have never heard of Jersey, but I just looked it up. It certainly looks like an absolutely wonderful place to live even if things are hard to find and expensive. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas as well!
I love how you keep things budget friendly. Always amazed me on how you can take things people wouldn't even touch and turn them in something amazing and creative.
Sherry your heart must be so full with all of the people who love your mind, talent and kindness you bring to us. I truly admire you as a crafter and the beautiful person that you are. ❤
Hi Sherry, these villages are all fantastic!! I can't pick a favorite; they are all so charming. You have an endless supply of creativity and I'm always a fan of your work. 😄😄😄
All the villagers are very festive and beautiful! I especially liked the Clock Village! I think because I like a wooden boxes decorated. Very creative! Thanks for sharing this! ❤ 🎄 🛷 ⛄️
Sherry, I love all your little villages, they are adorable. It’s so hard to pick a favourite but I think it’s going to be the first one and also the mail box, it’s so hard to choose a favourite though. You are such a talented person. TFS.
Your fireplace village is way better looking.❤. I absolutely love the book village. I must say you never cease to blow my mind. Ok so the clock radio village is now my favorite 😅. 😊❤
Amazing, as always!! The balsam hill one was really awesome, but I think I want to make the mailbox village!! I have a HUGE old mailbox that I've been holding on to, now I know what to use it for! 🎄
The first one was so magical, but they all were filled with creativity! As I age my Christmas villages and other decor have become tired, you have inspired me with ideas to update and incorporate them into scenes! Blessed holidays!
Love the fireplace dupe. I am inspired by this to remove the 'innards' of a broken small electric freestanding fake woodstove to insert a village inside. I will probably donate it after the holidays, since I have a tiny apartment. But creating it will be so much fun! Thanks for inspiring us. I think you are clever to post videos on Monday. Makes Monday fun. Instead of being tired and grumpy, you put a smile on our face and uplift us with your creativity. Thanks so much. ❤
Oh my goodness Sherry! Every single one of these is amazing! That mailbox totally blew me away! The wreath is amazing, and the book is fabulous! So many great ideas for a village, and I'm just trying to decide what one to try! Sherry, your imagination is wonderful, and I just love your channel. Thank you for sharing your ideas with us. You never ever cease to amaze me!
HI Sherry! I got the two things I purchased from you today. I adore them, you always make the cutest things. It is so very hard to pick one when I love them all. I look forward to every Monday, it's like being a kid again anxious to see what's in store for us. Thank You so much for all the work you put into every video. God Bless. Hugs, Rebekah
Good afternoon, Sherry! I adore Christmas villages! So excited to see your beautiful & unique village diys. Thank you for inspiring! ❤, Bobbie xoxo. P.S. Oh my goodness!!! They all turned out beautifully! My most favorite has got to be the large wooden dupe & the clock radio. Brilliant ❤❤❤❤❤
Good afternoon, Bobbie! Thank you so much! It’s supposed to be in the 60’s tomorrow, so I am going to try to get some outdoor decor up. Then, I’ll start inside.
Last year, inspired by one of your projects, I made my brother a village using birdhouses. I placed it on a large wood slab from Hobby Lobby. I even had enough space to put in a Christmas tree lot using tiny bottle brush trees. 😊 Every year I display a village I made for my dad, many years ago, using plaster paint-your-own buildings from Michael's. While I don't have space for your fabulous 3 tiered village I'll keep it in mind for my other brother. And the cute wreath village would make a beautiful centerpiece. You come up with the most amazing ideas Sherry. ❤
The wooden Christmas village is my absolute favorite. The wreath Christmas village is so unique and the village inside the mailbox is really thinking "outside the box". You are amazing!! Now, I want to make a Christmas village and I was never interested in doing one before. Thank you for the inspiration!
I’m only halfway through but your creativity amazes me. (Late day today for me- I try to watch the moment you come on.) You make everything beautiful and in a time-crunch, too! Thank you, thank you for all you do for us. I have so much admiration and express it less eloquently than I’d like to but you are appreciated. As ever you are the Queen of Decordom.
Loved the wreath village...AND ... the clock village....AND ... really loved them ALL... THE large wooden village is a work of art....you should be SO PROUD of that one....!!!! it's a true labor of love for crafting and DIYing...Blessings for the Season ❤😊
What a fantastic video! Your villages look so high end, you've inspired me to try and make a village in my green, small vintage metal tool box. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Much love from California ❤❤
WOW Sherry you have outdone yourself! That wooden village is amazing. Even though I watched you do it, I still have no idea how you made it look so good. I just love watching you create ❤
You amaze me every week. Your patience, attention to detail & little extras compete every project and they all look fantastic! I loved the wooded houses, but I think the mailbox was my favorite!
All of these are so cute! My favorite might be the mailbox one... or the radio one... or... nope, can't decide. I think, though, that this season I'm going to be making a village similar to the one you made from birdhouses last year. I love them all.
Your spirit brings J0Y to us each week Sherry! And I also sense your heart is filled full with J0Y to create Christmas decorations we'll all love and enjoy with our family's! What great ideas and so very well made that give me cozy feeling just looking at each one. You are such a joy and thank you for all your hard work...I'm so impressed with all your designs just amazing!!
I was so looking forward to this video! I have enjoyed the previous Christmas house videos from past years, so was hoping for one this year as well! I can not pick a favorite! The first one with the book village, I absolutely knew was going to be my choice, until I saw the second one. Then the mailbox village was shown, and I was so indecisive that I decided to like them all. It was very coincidental that for the village wreath, I was laughing to myself that there was no ice skating rink in the center! Then, sure enough, ice rink in the mailbox! The dupe of the village is incredible. I preferred yours!
Beautiful Christmas villages. I can’t remember what you called it, but, the one you made from the larger pieces of wood.. seems like it was the first one.. I LOVE THAT ONE! All of them are unique and beautiful.
I love all your Christmas village ideas! Even though I'm retired, seeing your villages (and how to make them economically!) makes me feel like a kid again. I'll bet that kids and young-at-heart adults would be thrilled to peek into the enchanting Christmas village in the mailbox or in the vintage clock radio. It's hard to choose, since they are all delightful, but my favorite has to be the vintage clock radio. Thank you for the wonderful tutorial! 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗
EXCELLENT job, as always, Sherry! I LOVE your version of the Balsam Hill village; yours is even BETTER!!! The wreath village is adorable as well! You're SUCH a creative and clever girl! BLESSINGS to you! ❤💚
I do love a mini village no matter if it’s a winter time Xmas one or one just because they are wonderful. Great work on your part. Thank you for showing us.x
Not only was your balsa village less expensive, it was so much cuter! I had my doubts about the wreath while you were constructing it, but I think it's my favorite. I love the deep woods feel of it with all the different greenery. Thank you as always!
The Christmas Village is fabulous and I'm sure it will be cherished for many Christmases to come. Thank you for sharing your talent and inspiration. Enjoy the coming holidays!
I don’t know how I miss this diy because I always look for your videos. I have collected small houses and you have given me so many ideas. Thanks so very much,Terri
I loved all the Christmas villages as each one was really awesome. My heath crapped out at age 67 which was my last hospital stay a few weeks ago so it has been hard for me and our record snowfall has not helped my disposition. Your videos really help and I thank you for being who you are. 😊😊😊😊😊
Your creativity knows no bounds. I was without words when I saw that radio village! So unique and definitely one of a kind. But I think my absolute favorite was the fireplace village. Who needs a roaring fire when you can have that beautiful lit up festive cheerful village to look at throughout the winter time. Outstanding job!❤❤❤
Even though using Department 56 pieces made my Villager heart cringe, the results of all your villages are amazing! Very creative and invoke that sense of nostalgia and magic, which is why I love village-ing in the first place. Lovely video and very inspiring! ❤
If you ask me the village you made looks more high-end than the Balsam Hill Village. You made me want to try and replicate it. You always show us how to make the most amazing items.
Your mind is the most creative of all my favorite TH-camrs. I can have some great ideas but zero follow through since after my workday or workweek-I have ZERO energy or desire to start a project. Maybe I'll hit that Lottery one day and I can get some fun things done at home! Thank you so much for sharing your ideas and projects with us!❤️
I create small towns with mini houses all year thru out my home, so I can tell you i am going to create all 5 of these for Christmas.....I had no idea Amazon had these tiny houses....what Fun !! Thank you so much for sharing these ideas, 😍☺
You continually inspire me with your creativity and ability to turn something into something totally new and outside the box. I love every one of the house projects in this video. The mailbox one you made a few years ago has always been a favorite. My husband replaced a mailbox at work and brought me the old one home to recycle. It is a large rural mailbox so I can get more houses in it. I absolutely LOVE it. I can't wait to get it out to decorate this week. But I love the book scene and radio scene as well. And my son's new house I can see the wooden assembled houses sitting on his fireplace!! Just beautiful. Thank YOU
Oh, thank you, Sandie! I would love to see your mailbox! One of my husband co-workers gave me two old mailboxes, and it was one of hers that I used in that video. She really loved how it turned out and asked if she could have it back! (I happily gave it back to her!)
I loved ALL of the villages! I have collected many little houses (thinking of dollhouses for my dollhouse) like your clock radio houses; now for a container. I have been colllecting new and thrifted houses this year to create a village for my 18 yo granddaughter. Need to go buy a tote for storage now!
Well Sherry, you did it again….. you just blew me away with your magical creative touch of Christmas villages. There’s no way to pick a favorite as I felt they were all magnificent. Now I’m kicking myself for getting rid of all my Christmas village houses n churches. Oh well, I can start over collecting them once again. I loved them all! ♥️♥️♥️😊👍👍🌟🌟🌟

Thank you very much! You are so sweet, Nora! 😊
I agree!
Everything looks marvelous! I love the mailbox!
I'm favoured, $60K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America ❤️❤️❤️
Wow that’s huge, how do you make so much in a week
I'm 37 and have been looking for ways to be successful, please how??
I earn from investing in the digital market with the guidance of Elizabeth Marie Hawley Brokerage services...

Wow wow please is there a way to reach there services, I work 3 jobs and trying to pay off my debts for a while now!! Please help me
Our Dear Ms. Sherry: They are all lovely, but the wreath-village- candle holder: chef's kiss!!
Absolutely gob-stopping!
Oh, thank you! 🥰

I can't pick a village that I like best because they're all so beautiful.
I agree
Thank you, Bren! I think when you say “now you’ve got my wheels turning” that is the BEST compliment of all!
@@CanterburyCottage i’ll have to share with you what I end up doing. I’ll send it to you on Instagram.🎄🦌☃️

My favorite was the mailbox diorama! Oh, Carolyn, that sounds just lovely!!! It must have taken hours to “shingle” those roofs (but so worth it, I’m sure)!

Always clever ideas here SHerry - thanks for sharing some fun new ways to display our Christmas villages!!!
I’m an author so the book idea really impressed me! I have downsized and haven’t taken my village out since I moved because I felt I had no room. Now I can display it again. Thanks for your creative ideas!
I’m so glad you liked this idea, Cathy!
OMGOSH I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome and beautiful all of those Christmas Villages were. You are so gifted. I think this is my favorite video ever.

Sherry once again you have outdone yourself. I love each and every village!
Each and every one can be stored and pulled out year after to enjoy again.
The Balsam Hill inspired village is amazing. Well done 👏🏼
Thank you! 😁
All your villages are so awesome. So much better than what you could buy in the store. Your village is much nicer than the Balsam Hills one.🎄
I love the clock radio diorama Christmas scene!!! You always have the most creative ideas!

If I could hit the like button a million times I would. These were phenomenal. Your tiered village was better than the original.
I love all the villages but my favorite is the wooden one!!! You did a great job !

Oh, Serena, I love the idea of making over an electric fireplace. I wish I had thought of that! I’ll have to remember this for next year!!!❤️

Oh, thank you, Valerie! I’m so glad that you enjoyed today’s video. ☺️
I am so glad you enjoy my videos, Rebekah! I really appreciate your loyal support! You are such a sweetheart!
Hi Sherry, the letterbox village was my favourite, because the contained space for the lights made it glow so nicely.
Oh, thank you, Barb! I was really pleased with how the wooden village turned out! 😊
What a fantastic video! Your villages look so high end, you've inspired me to try and make a village in my green, small vintage metal tool box. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Much love from California ❤❤
I had so much fun creating a mailbox village. Thank you for the inspiration!
I cannot believe how talented and creative you are! Your Balsam Hill village dupe was better than the "real" thing! I would much prefer yours. 😊
Sherry I love all of your projects . They all absolutely turned out so beautifully.
Thank you so much, Laura Lee!
Oh, thank you so much, Jeanne-Marie! 😊
Love the mailbox Village
I can't pick a favorite. They're all so unique and beautiful. You are so creative. ❤
So beautiful, all of the village are enchanting but the Balsam village dupe is just fantastic. I love your attention to detail. You’re so talented.
Thank you so much 😊
Gorgeous villages but cannot pick a favourite they're just lovely thanks for all your inspiration just love your channel xx
Thanks so much 😊
Thanks for including some villages that are small for those with limited room as well as of course a small budget as well!
Absolutely!😊
These are so beautiful. Clever. Your imagination & exquisite execution never fail Sherri ❤❤❤
Thank you so much, Margaret!!😊
EXCELLENT job, as always, Sherry! I LOVE your version of the Balsam Hill village; yours is even BETTER!!! The wreath village is adorable as well! You're SUCH a creative and clever girl! BLESSINGS to you! ❤💚
I do love a mini village no matter if it’s a winter time Xmas one or one just because they are wonderful. Great work on your part. Thank you for showing us.x
Thank you so much! I love all kinds of miniature things, too!
Yet again you show us that you are an amazing talented person. I love all the Christmas Decor❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦
Thank you so much!
@@CanterburyCottage Sherry you are a very talented teacher. I love to see your videos every Monday❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦
Not only was your balsa village less expensive, it was so much cuter! I had my doubts about the wreath while you were constructing it, but I think it's my favorite. I love the deep woods feel of it with all the different greenery. Thank you as always!
Thank you! 😊
A video of yours makes my day
Oh, that is so sweet, Carol!
Loved every single one! You are so artistic!❤
Oh, thank you, Barbara! 😊
Even though using Department 56 pieces made my Villager heart cringe, the results of all your villages are amazing! Very creative and invoke that sense of nostalgia and magic, which is why I love village-ing in the first place. Lovely video and very inspiring! ❤
I love the depth the clock radio has with the picture behind the houses. You are incredible.
These are wonderful ideas! I haven’t done a village before but now I’m inspired to do a wreath one, so cute! 🎄🌲
You always amaze us with your incredible talent. Christmas Villages are so adorable. Love them all!
If you ask me the village you made looks more high-end than the Balsam Hill Village. You made me want to try and replicate it. You always show us how to make the most amazing items.
I loved all the villages. My granddaughters watched with me they were mesmerized.
Each village is fabulous…if I have to choose it would be the one in the fireplace.❤
