The call first came in as a traffic collision but E46 requested a USAR task force after finding that the vehicle had crashed into a building. From E46 arriving on scene to USAR removing the vehicle, it took about an hour and a half
I would think they would just use a tow truck and Not tie up a Rescue crew for some idiot's screw up. I guess they just wanted to do it as a training session.
