Thank goodness!!! I finally found a video that had the exact same problem as my moms trailer. Cause I get to do the repairs. Thank you guys for showing the whole video. Lets pray i can get this part done first. I also have to gut the other half by the tub too.🙏
Had this water leak that damaged the floor around the toilet and made it sag... But this looks like a lot of work... So I measured the area damaged and found a 1 inch thick tabletop that fit it... cut the holes for the flange and water supply (and a heater vent)... Layed it on top of the old floor... Next... Put a bunch of deck screws through to anchor it... Use a flange extension kit and a couple of wax rings... Set the new toilet on and tighten the bolts... And call it the day... :) I should make a video...
I just replaced the wax ring in my master bath toilet s couple of weeks ago. I used the new kind made out of rubber, much better. (Yes, I did it myself. It’s easy.) Now that the floor has dried from the leak around the wax ring, toilet has to be removed again so the sagging water damaged floor can be replaced. 😢 No more wax rings for me! Thanks for the useful video!

It was informative and the filming was close up so we could see the details.

Good job im about to do that to my sons restroom
Good luck with your project.
Great 🎉 job thinking about doing just like yours 🎉
What kind of tool were you using that looks like a type of razor?
That's a multi tool
Best video
How much did it cost you to do it with the materials
Thank you Sr .
Why not replace the whole floor ?
I agree. I'm renovating a 1971 mobile home. It's an eye opener to see the patchwork repairs done on it over the years to save money.
Why replace floor with wood again, why not just use FIBERGLASS.
Sir what’s the name of that flooring you replaced the old one with. Is that sticky tile?
7:26 Aren't you supposed to use transitional glue (ABS to PVC) asking for a friend 😋
This is how not to do this!
That old trailer osb is garbage
