When you realizing guaranteed shots across the map exist, this video hurts so much more.No but there’s a whole menu that tells you why you won’t hit.
Isn't most of X-Coms bad RNG down to a single bug that just is not being fixed? I remember someone explained theres a stat not being accounted for somewhere so the hit chance is always wrong
