Well, that was a sudden, big turnaround for that Constable! "From Law Breaker to Law Enforcer"? Real interesting. Though, of course, he was NEVER a Law Breaker, as that law had been revoked long before he got Thomas in trouble for it. He was just never told beforehand about the revoking.
