Have you ever thought of using broken whiskey necks and and figuring out how how to turn them into one shot whiskey glasses? I thought it might be a good Idea. Also thanks for the adventure!
Similar story. A ROUGH guy in western PA stopped me loading my car after a creek hunt. Said he has a ditch on his land full of bottles. He let me dig as much as I wanted and did find some pre prohibition beers. Nice guy.
I grew up deep woods in west PA. I used to ride my horse thru a section of old growth that had old coal mine, about turn of century. I'd explore the pony shacks, never went into mine..knew better. But would love to go back, hunt for dump site, and mine tailings. Explore as an adult. 😃
Prospecting new waters always got my juices flowing. Like walking new fields for native artifacts. Anticipation of what's just ahead is a great natural high. 😉♥
Who whoever's was saying your videos of creek beds are fake or planted bottles is crazy. Like you said you can't fake the dirtiness and Allergy Build up and sun bake bottles you find. 100% true finds videos keep up the great finds
Pop's here. Our family would go mushroom hunting in the spring my sister and brother would be ahead of my Dad and he would find the ones we totally missed. Apparently that person hasn't honed his eyes to see bottles.
I laughed so at your reference comparison for the 80’s glasses! 😂 I also had to laugh a little bit when you you found the Grapeycola and were talking in 3rd person voice, you sounded like Hank Hill. I love your videos, keep them coming. For some reason this video had a lot of humor in it.
How do you cut the glass? Do you need to get permission before you walk a stream? Or dig for bottles? What about metal detecting in the woods? I know what a rock tumbler looks like, what does a bottle tumbler look like? Do you use different size grits? I enjoy your channel. You always make it interesting. Thanks for sharing.
7:43 as long as he’s not carrying a banjo or driving a white panel van you’re probably good lol. Also, have you considered making molds of some of the rarer or better selling whiskey mug bottles and partnering with a local glass blower?
I tried out a creek in my area for the first time. I live on an island so it was small and narrow. Just picked up loads of plastic, not even any glass 😂. Will try my luck elsewhere.
Those aren't real Rock chucks you placed them there! Just kidding, keep doing what your doing man really enjoy your videos. Always gonna be a jealous person hating. Probably commenting from their moms basement.
We talked about it in a LiveStream last month. The tubes and stipples are nearing competition but as for the frame and motor combo It’s on hold until we get the tubes completed. Slow process but testing takes time.
I didn’t realize how insane some people can be until I started my channel lol. Planting bottles lol. Sure dude. His issue is he isn’t doing the work and research needed to find them. That is fact.
The city of Leeds may be interested in a Leeds bottle for display in the Bass House Museum. Im not sure if they have anything from Leeds bottling history.
Your wife makes jewelry so those broken bottles with good embossing on bottom would be great sanded down edges and made into ornaments or sllet ones, jewelry. Lets
@@adventurearchaeology That's good to hear , used to be a good many places making their own bricks back in the past. I had some old firebrick for wood stoves from the early 1900's
Hello, I have antique bottles of whiskey I think and some beer. I'd like to sell them but I don't know where to go and I don't know at what price to sell them for. Can you help?
Here is a link to our store where the whiskey glasses will be listed: www.ebay.com/usr/adventurearchaeology
All those bricks it might have been a bridge at one point

So was Mr. Kevin. Not every day you meet someone trusting enough to invite you to their house not knowing who you are.

I find something new every time I revisit a creek. People who think you're planting them are just jealous. That Grapico was very nice.
Nothing fake from you...is what it is...whole or broken...!!!
Great video...see you next time...🥰🥰

Couldn’t agree more! We walked a giant clearing last week searching for arrowheads no luck though 😩
Thumbs up B👍😎

Super Cool Adventure & Turtle Power
Thank you.
Thank you Brandon for the adventure !
Brandon I just love your videos so thank you for sharing 😊
Love the creek walks!!
Sure looked peaceful out in the water.---What a testament...they sell faster than we can prep them!
Interstate was louder than I like but the wildlife was abundant still!
can’t wait to watch this! going to have to wait until I get home sadly.
Loved seeing the future whiskey glass candidates, but that soft shell turtle was so cool. I haven't seen one in a while
They’re tough to find in the wild here at least.
Pop's here. Our family would go mushroom hunting in the spring my sister and brother would be ahead of my Dad and he would find the ones we totally missed. Apparently that person hasn't honed his eyes to see bottles.
If Troll isn't finding any bottles, uhh might mean Brandon doing a pretty good job! LOL I'd leave him some broken ones to find! Poor guy! LOL
Spell out “You Suck” in broken glass for them 😂
Loved it.
Trolls everywhere....Great show, man 😎👊
THANK YOU 👍🙏>>>💚
I can't stand the jealous idiots who slander your true ability at bottle hunting the creeks.
You rock Brandon!!! ❤
Thanks Kaye!
Such a great video as always!!
Can't wait to see what comes on the ebay store next. Love the Nashville whiskey glass I purchased.
Glad to hear you’re enjoying it!

Ohhh man I need to sell some Propane! Haha
Good one
Might be worthwhile to do some test holes under the old bricks covering a possible old city dump site? Interesting.😊❤
I will be looking into the property owners to get permission for further searching!
Awesome video!
Thanks!
It is a surprise to see such a large turtle when the local unit of measurement is the dinner plate 😂🍻
Truth 😂😂😂
All those broken bottles were planted. Ha. Great video per usual
Nailed it 😂
So many awesome sodas. Too bad they were all damaged. Those Nu grapes are amazing. Nice hunt sir!
At least the Grapico survived!
The bricks and blocks were put there to keep the bank from washing away

❤❤😊
I know exactly where you were. That's a great waterway to find native points.
Really? Dang I didn’t see any flint but the short was unreal
Cherro's and NuGrapes must have been popular in that area!❤
For sure!
I don't believe you "plant" the bottles but I believe you "planted" all those bricks! 😂😅😂
I kayaked each one in and placed it just right haha
7:43 as long as he’s not carrying a banjo or driving a white panel van you’re probably good lol. Also, have you considered making molds of some of the rarer or better selling whiskey mug bottles and partnering with a local glass blower?
A local collector has started doing molds! It’s scary how good he’s getting!
I know why that dude ain’t finding any bottles that’s because you are there first 💪👍 early bird gets the worms 🐛 😎 nice bottle finds.
Some folks just don’t get it haha!
Streator, Illinois had a brick yard and glass factories. Have you ever found anything from there?
The Funsten bottle was made by Hazel Atlas, so might date to the 1930’s-1940’s.
the maker's mark on the Funston bottle is from Anchor Hocking I believe.
That is Hazel Atlas
I tried out a creek in my area for the first time. I live on an island so it was small and narrow. Just picked up loads of plastic, not even any glass 😂. Will try my luck elsewhere.
Good luck!
The one bottle had HA on the bottom that is hazel atlas pre 1951

How do u successfully cut through embossing , especially the likes of the bunch of grapes ???😊
I think Funsten was some sort of fish bait.
Any chance for a video on how u make the whiskey glasses?
any updates on when you will have your bottle tumbler available to purchase? i havent heard you mention it for quite some time.
We talked about it in a LiveStream last month. The tubes and stipples are nearing competition but as for the frame and motor combo It’s on hold until we get the tubes completed. Slow process but testing takes time.
I guess you plant the broken ones too. LOL At least the haters give you views and comments. LOL
True!
I'm glad you can salvage those old broken into whiskey sippers. Brandon. Do you sip one, sometimes? Just asking, all your utuberers want to know? Rk.
Sure do! Along with my favorite Alabama whiskey! Clyde’s Mays!
Prost! Rk.
I didn’t realize how insane some people can be until I started my channel lol. Planting bottles lol. Sure dude. His issue is he isn’t doing the work and research needed to find them. That is fact.
Yep! Following behind me won’t get you far as I don’t leave much behind! Whereas if he researched his own spots he’d would be good!
The city of Leeds may be interested in a Leeds bottle for display in the Bass House Museum. Im not sure if they have anything from Leeds bottling history.
I’ve got one for them for sure then!
The complainer is probably a troll who doesn't live within several hundred miles of you so I wouldn't be worried about a clown like that.
You leave those broke bottles right where they are..nobody expects you to clean up all that..plus it is clues for other bottle searchers
Your wife makes jewelry so those broken bottles with good embossing on bottom would be great sanded down edges and made into ornaments or sllet ones, jewelry. Lets
Should grab some of the old bricks with names on them and look up how old they are. You'd be surprised that some people collect them
We collect them and know many brick collectors.
@@adventurearchaeology That's good to hear , used to be a good many places making their own bricks back in the past. I had some old firebrick for wood stoves from the early 1900's
Could the Funsten bottle possibly be a horseradish condiment bottle?
It’s a possibility for sure!
Come on Brandon...we all know you planted that bicycle! Ha!
Shhh that’s how I got there!

Dude.....cut off the bottom of a bucket, hold It the water, cuts through the frap
Where do you live?
Leave all the broken bottles behind for the idiot who said you were planting your bottles.
First??😂
Bummer. No hot Miranda today!
Great video
Thanks!
