To be fair, she did look at some points like she was in pain. Considering this was full on dancing week - having some clunky moments was understandable. It was still really good performance from her though. The extremely fast choreography she did mid-way, really took all the focus off Vanity. If she was able to follow the lyrics slightly better and had less scuffed beginning - this could have gone to her, especially as that roll Vanity did looked crusty enough to get cut around by editing team. And let's not act like this was Greedy. Spice Up Your Life is way faster, has a lot jumbled lyrics mixed between multiple Spice Girls and it's high energy dancing song. And a lot of the verses are the most unusually mouthed sentences that are jammed into quick back-and-forths between main voice and the back-up singing. This is not the easiest song, especially for non-natives.
My heart broke for Miranda like I didn’t watch her season but that premiere made me root for her. I really liked her and connected with her story so I felt really bad that she got eliminated.
Miranda was a good queen. I mean Gala is a filler in this competition and she has no screen time in the show at all. I prefer she would be gone instead.
At the risk of repeating this information, but I feel it is necessary, Miranda's fan opening is actually an old school Brazilian drag move. They use the fan to clap and cheer at each other. She seemed so tired at that moment that all she managed to do was a final callback to her roots. The fact that they picked many scenes of Miranda not knowing the words and Vanity actually doing the lipsync speaks volumes. The editors preferred to show Miranda getting her props ready instead of showing the lipsync. Vanity did her job though, no one can say she was worse. I was afraid that Miranda would not be able to lipsync because of her condition, but it is clear to see that she managed to do her work: it was fun, light-hearted, camp and bittersweet.
Miranda didn't know the words and that's the ultimate crime in a lipsync. That being said, I think Ru needs to remember that this is global all stars and not everyone will have the easiest time picking up english lyrics. You can see some queens are more fluent than others. So it's unfair to put a lot of emphasis on lyrics when judging the lypsincs in this particular season. That being said, Vanity embodied the energy of the song a little bit more, so Miranda would go home either way. But I do love how Miranda puts comedy in all she does, how she does random things that are out of the box and unexpected. She's a great queen for sure and will be missed.
Vanity in the bottom was a fucking joke... also what is the point of having groups and leaders if that won't come into play anway? Such a boring reasong for the show to be able to save their favorites.
I think Miranda should have been top2 in talent show and save in ball but this episode she was the worst in challenge and lost the lip sync so its not that rigged. I will miss her next ep anyway tho 😢

When she actually moved and performed she was taking full focus to herself in that lipsync, especially all the fast movements with her hands. But she did look like in very visible pain throughout most of the episode. I agree with the original commenter - if not for her illness, she probably would have done better this week or in the actual lipsync. The runway was still a mess though and very likely would still put her in the bottom. They clearly refused to put other girls in there, cause Vanity definitely didn't deserve to be in the bottom over some of the other girls that week, so it was unlikely Miranda would have been spared. Especially as she was mostly cast as like the nice filler queen.

There were so many amazing verses this episode that got completely overlooked because they weren’t in English. Gala’s verse in particular was so clever and witty and all Ru gave her was a blank smile in response.

It's really cool to see Sweden so well represented after the show was cancelled in the country. Vanity put on a great show and you could see it was time to go for Miranda she gave it her all and it was nice to see in the edit that physically she wouldn't make it to the end of the competition I think.

I knew this was gonna happen, and I knew it would taste bitter - what I didn't expect was for MLPB to deliver such a nice performance in a lipsync - by the sound of the Spice Girls! - and honestly... To be honest Vanity don't deserved her bottom placement at all and Miranda did a good approach of that lip sync doing it in a camp way, I would saved her knowing that she has way more to offer and the lip sync was close enough to it. We know she could easily win the next challenge, she's the best actress of the cast.

It's really cool to see Sweden so well represented after the show was cancelled in the country. Vanity put on a great show and you could see it was time to go for Miranda she gave it her all and it was nice to see in the edit that physically she wouldn't make it to the end of the competition I think.
I was SO bummed that Drag Race Sverige was cancelled... hoping Vanity goes far and that they'll change their minds and bring it back!

I knew this was gonna happen, and I knew it would taste bitter - what I didn't expect was for MLPB to deliver such a nice performance in a lipsync - by the sound of the Spice Girls! - and honestly... I think she did better.... but....................... who am I to say some weird choices are being made this season..... (one with eyes to see?)

To be honest Vanity don't deserved her bottom placement at all and Miranda did a good approach of that lip sync doing it in a camp way, I would saved her knowing that she has way more to offer and the lip sync was close enough to it.
We know she could easily win the next challenge, she's the best actress of the cast.
