Si un minimo di allenamento ci vuole ma è molto importante affidarsi a delle guide che conoscono molto bene il parco come ho fatto io, perchè dopo il terremoto non ci sono più alberghi e i sentieri non sono curati, le zone del parco sono ritornate allo stato selvaggio.
