It’s interesting to consider how much in that original trailer could have been borrowed from the Wii U build of the game. I wonder how far along that version got before it was scrapped?
The fact that the developers took the time, energy, and attention to change these minor details just makes me want the game even more. They clearly gave it a lot of care and attention, and I just can't wait to experience this masterpiece of a game.
I'm sure Mario and Luigi had individual teeth in Mario Strikers Charged (also done by Next Level Games). It looked laughably weird and almost creepy (but in a good kinda way considering the game's over-the-top nature).

4:58 If you look closely at Luigi when does the burst you see some of his clothes kind of pulling off of him to the Poltergust and in the final game it looks like that was for Gooigi witch makes sense because all of Gooigi is goo even the Poltergust so it would stick so I think that means that this was just a place holder or Luigi and Gooigi were going to have the same burst animation.

@Kenji 64 Wasn't Dark Moon hated because it had missions and we already know what we were supposed to do and are expected to go to a certain room? Lots of fans didn't like that idea. They preferred the unexpected and lots of exploration just like in the firstLuigi's Mansion.

I would like to point out that a lot of the stuff that you are saying "Got cut out" isnt actually cut out at all, Like the open pizza box or the random pieces of paper on the ground. In the game you can mess around in the rooms with the vacuum before the tutorial part and in marios room, So each gameplay instance is going to have the objects in different places depending on how much a person vacuums stuff in the room.

@@alexnguyen4151 Not so sure about angular but you can turn the brightness down to the bottom which I have done. I turned off E.Gadd's hints as well; it's satisfying working puzzles out when something clicks.
