When he goes back to the hospital when he need care and I’m alone like now , i put this song on and think of him, sing it loud for him. I don’t want the cancer to take him away from me. This song it’s him. They gave him 6 to 12 months to live , 4 years ago.

This song… it makes me cry when I think of my love… he has been figthing with lung cancer stage 4 for 4 years now and still going. I see him… I see this pure fire in his eyes lighting up but with time and the illness I see this fire fade slowly while all I can do is watch and not be able to take the pain for him. When he goes back to the hospital when he need care and I’m alone like now , i put this song on and think of him, sing it loud for him. I don’t want the cancer to take him away from me. This song it’s him. They gave him 6 to 12 months to live , 4 years ago.
He died this last 14th of July. He fought so hard. I love this man… always will. RIP Martin
