This video mostly features the Skoda Fabia S2000 of Freddy Loix (BEL) and Johan Gitsels (BEL). But there is also one driven by Neil Simpson (GBR) and Elliott Edmondson (BEL). That car appears at 2:30 and near the end of the video.
"Fast Freddy" becames Belgian rally champion with this car in 2014 and 2015.
And was also very succesfull in the IRC/ERC from 2010-2014 scoring 6 victories.
In 2015 he switched to the Skoda Fabia R5.

That's pretty common for a race engine. There are many 2l cars with even more hp.
The 306 maxi and Xsara kitcar had close to 300hp from 2l revving to over 9000 rpm. :D
