Solved the most common issue in Oracle Database: TNS could not resolve service name, TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified.

I have problems with pl/SQL developer , when I am opening to pl/SQL developer show login dailogbox but I am trying to login to shows error like ORA-12154TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified . Please tell me how to solve this problem

I have installed 11G R2 on windows 10 64 bit pc. On that pc i am able to connect Database and From & Report 6i also. - But unable to connect from other pc on same Lan getting error ORA-12203 TNS unable to connect to destination. - please help me to solve

Most likely your listener is listening to localhost instead of your host IP.

I am able to connect to oracle database through SQL Developer but when I want to create an ODBC connection to the same database with same connection information, it gave me same error message again. Do you know what could be the reason?

It could be different ORACLE_HOME. You need to check which ORACLE_HOME is using by SQL Developer, then set ODBC point to that same home.
