I would not have thought of some of these combos.which look great ! Our grand-girls look for those hummingbirds & butterflies every summer. Small tips bring us unexpected good results. Thks.again 🌈
The first 2 are my must haves this year. Only difference is I will be adding the king tut to the second container. Absolutely love the ideas. See you in 71 days. So excited. My list is ready. ❤
Wow Heidi beautiful combinations for pots! I will certainly save this for my container combos this year. You are so quick potting those vibrant containers up😊 #TeamGloves🙃Hi from NJ 💕
Most are fifteen inches. For containers that aren't going be used for years on end, stuff those plants in there! And don't be afraid to cut back straggly annuals and spent flowers. If you use perennials in the mix, you just plant those at the end of the season. 👍👍 I'm doing hanging baskets(plastic ones from Dollar Tree, replace the white string with metal chain), on long chains so they are just below eye level, with 3 ornamental blue fescue, 1 mangave 'pineapple express' pup and 1 nasturtium 'purple emperor'. Fescue will go in the yard come late fall, mangave will be brought indoors, and I'll be using the nasties for flowers, propagating cuttings, and collecting seeds the entire time! Sorry for the long comment, blame cold brew coffee. ☕🌱🌷🌻
@@RealBradMiller Yesterday I gave one of my large 18 inch pots a clean and spraypainted it to freshen. 2 more to go and then time to drag out my saved and reused wire baskets - see what they need. Get fresh soil for all of them and....wsit cause I live in Mivhigan
Hoping u can help me w a question i have. There are no nutrients in potting mix, so ive heard over and over. Why can u not use the mix over and add slow release fertilizer as u have to do anyway. Hope u can help my confusion on this matter
I have a question. On the pots you have potted today, do they all have the same water needs? I have had a problem in the past where some didn't take as much water as some and some of the plants died and I believe it was the water.

Yes, it was renamed
Yes, it is! Very confusing. PW had to change the name.
Heidi, where can we purchase the bioline bilogicals..by the way love you combos!!!
If you are local we will have them in our store. We do not sell them online
Heidi, what size planters sre you using ? I have 18 inch pots I'd like to use for these but have no idea how many plants to use per pot

Wonderful. Do you by any chance sell the biologicals on the stick for those of us who plant up our own pots?
We will have them available in our retail store. We do not ship them online.

There is a lot of root mater in it as well as potential for bugs, diseases and fungal issues.
How can we purchase those biologic packets for our pots. My petunias get eaten up. Will the packet help with that?
If you are local we will be selling them in our store. We are not able to ship them

Yes when we plant up our combos and baskets, the plant all have similar water needs.
Do you sell the packets of biologicals in your retail store?
We hope to have some in the store this spring.
Cupvia (sp?) aka hummingbird lunch plant.
Cuphia is a great hummingbird plant.
Happy Easter Everyone. cgzone8
Thankyou! Happy Easter to you as well.
Do you only use Proven Winners?
I do use other annuals as well but 90% of the annuals we grow are Proven Winners
While ALL of them are pretty I’m a sucker for the purple containers ! 🪻💚🙃 The first two. 🪻💚🙃
