I noticed when he was showing that pad driver adapter my only curiosity is spreading the weight out throughout the surface area putting less pressure down on the carpet because even Paul himself is mentioned about a heavier machine does better at digging into the carpet to get it cleaner what's your input.👍😁
Heavier is better but the next best option is finding an aggressive enough pad to compensate for weight. I like the Mytee scrub pads or the black brush then mop up with your favorite pad. With the Oreck, its all about finding the balance between speed and efficiency. You will go slower with a smaller machine. We are just trying to find a better way.
Gotcha@@agrota21 I actually have different brushes for the Oreck along with some fiber pads with hogs hair for traffic Lanes and heavily soiled areas I also have microfiber pads with script strips from TOPS and also a sibo Duo.
With a lighter machine you need to rely on chemistry more, as well as what Allen said about scrubbing. That takes a little more time but being able to run a bigger pad cuts down your time a bit on the other side.

Nice job there , I have a Numatic Loline and I think the grips on the pad driver are too worn to grip the bonnets, any idea?
