Hi Kent, I recently bought a used commerical 240/50 amp tanning booth and can't get any lights to power on, but the fan on the 110 plug will turn on. I was told it was a bad interface board. Could this be the problem? That will cause no lights at all.

it is a 2000 model DAAVLIN 4000 with 44 uva bulbs and 4 uvb bulbs.it does have a jack on the top of it for a remote control but we werent given one. does it have to have it for it to wrk or could that be bypassed

I have a solar storm 24s and one of my lamps are out.. I switched lamps and it worked in another spot so its not my bulb.. my bed doesn't have a starter or the ballast tray underneath.. any advice?? Please and thanks and great informative vid by the way!

I have a question...I have a tanning bed and yesterday it just wouldn't turn on...there is power going to it & the timer (digital) displays zero but the bulbs won't light up. There is not an attached fan in case that makes a difference. Please help!!

I have a sca 424sl bed. Can you tell me what most likely the problem is when 2 bulbs that are right next to each other both stop working at the very same time? Your input would be appreciated :)

Danny Reel the ballasts in your equipment is the magnetic ballasts. That means each ballasts feeds 2x lamps, and if one lamp is defective the other will not start either. Try and move those 2x lamps there is out to another position and see if the problem moves. If it moves likely one of the lamps are defective. If not it can be a loose wire, bad lamp holder or bad ballast.

no worries, that bed is a bit of a Frankenstein. So the acrylic you see is actually the top acrylic. Because the original bench acrylic broke.
