Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma is a classical example of why we shouldn't judge a person from face. A sober looking lady she is, yet has broken the rules of proceeding to conceal a document for delivering a favourable comment for the ruling party. Isn't it a form of corruption? Judiciary is losing faith, and judges like her and Bela should face disqualification.

Corruption and misleading go together. Hope honorable supreme court should not condone corruption and let off corrupt people to loot further. In the past many corrupt people got bail and became CM DCM and are looting taxpayers money.. If a corrupt person gets bail in supreme court, common citizens gets doubt as taxpayers money is looted by corrupt people under the nose of judicial system and is a bad situation.. Let fast investigation be done let the 100 crores be recovered with interest and loss of revenue to Delhi government be re covered.. Let corruption be discouraged to save humanity, development law of the land, constitution and democracy .

This is so very sad. Just because cji and singhvi have been old colleagues and batch mates, cji has gotten soft in this case. Why are the same urgencies not show for common man.

Arvind kejriwal is innocent , all those people who believe that the law is sacred will not tolerate an innocent man being jailed.

No one should be arrested and jailed without sufficient proof. Because if he is innocent, no one can return the freedom that was stolen from him. Poor Fr (forgot his name) who died in jail will remain a blot on India’s legal, law and order and jail administration. And there are many more undergoing similar tribulations right now. Don’t ever do it because you have the power to do so, because you can never return the lost freedom even if you think so in hindsight, at a later date.
