It might be your individual machine rather than the line as a whole. I have never had any problems with it, and is much easier to set up than some other HP printers

@IRE nice video man, sounds like a good printer given what your saying. I know its a silly question but does a set of ink come with it when you buy the printer or do you have to pruchase the ink separately?

I've never tried 3rd party inks, I always purchase the genuine ink cartridges. If you buy 3rd party ink cartridges, the printer won't recognise it and it will show empty ink.

First download the hp print service plugin app and the hp smart app.
When the printer is on, go to WiFi and connect your WiFi to the printer and then it will automatically connect to your phone app.
