Gosto bastante, estou a fazer uma igual. Muito obrigada pelas vossas ideias. Tenho 84 anos e sou fã do macramé de há 4 anos. A única dificuldade que tenho é calcular o número dos fios, por isso recorro ao tutorial. Tenho feito desde forrar uma cadeira a cintos, tree LIFE, etc. Bom fim de semana. Cumprimentos.

Will it be possible to use a ring instead of a bottle so that I can hang like a lantern
I'm sure it would but aren't there straps at the top so adding a tealight or small candle would make your jar into a lantern?

Where do you find these jars at? I’ve ordered 3 different kinds (for a previous tutorial of the same size) thinking they would be right and have not been able to find the right kind. I made due with one of the ones I found but it wasn’t quite right.
a simple jar of pickled cucumbers from the grocery store, but you can use any other jar
I found glass jars at Ikea, the glass recycling depot and at the thrift stores. The 3-1/2 inch mouth size mason canning jars are easy to find at the thrift stores for about .50 cents each. Big pickle glass jars are another option. Experiment with different patterns. Have fun.
If your jars are bigger then increase the length of cord.
