Congratulations Lilah! Great accomplishment! Loved the video, especially the bridge crossings and the time lapse tent put up & knock down. But the best part was the cute little loving dog in Buffalo. Great job!

5:13 to 5:25 is the Welland canal lift bridge where all ships traveling between lake Erie and lake Ontario pass thru

Cool tour! I did a similar solo trip around Lake Erie in 2019, so it was fun getting to see familiar sights in your video. You actually stayed with the same Warm Showers host in Port Stanley as I did!

Congratulations on a great trip and an excellent video. I rode around Lake Ontario in 2023 and am planning a ride around Lake Erie ride for 2024, so I really appreciated this.

That’s awesome! I rode around Lake Michigan in 2021 but didn’t document it. I hope to do another of the Great Lakes this summer - maybe I could pick your brain on your Ontario trip.

Excellent - we enjoyed your video! I just did a very similar route a few weeks ago and loved every minute of it! At first I was wondering why you went so north of Lake Erie and into Niagara Falls, but then I figured you didn't want to miss seeing the falls which I totally get!

Yes! That's exactly why. I'm glad you enjoyed your tour :)

Hi Lilah, thanks for the video. I'm preparing a trip from Chicago to Montreal. If you were heading east, would you go south or north of the lake; what did you enjoy the most? Thanks!

Hi Martin, Hurrah for your upcoming trip! I would suggest heading north of the lake - the roads were much less travelled and I enjoyed the scenery of the countryside more than traveling through some of the bigger cities on the south side. Have a blast on your adventure!
