In December I have a twelve day cruise on Anthem. I was thinking of getting the specialty dinner package, but if the food in the Windjammer is that good I can pass.
The food is definitely very good, best at sea. We succumbed to specialty dining as buffet was closed in evenings in August. If it was open, we wouldn't have bothered. X
That looks spectacular, thanks. Do you know if the Windjammer is open in the evenings now? I know it was closed in the evenings from the sailings I saw right after she restarted but wasn't sure if she was open for dinner again now. I'm sailing in a couple of weeks, can't wait.

how did you like the food on this ship ? I see food on royal caribbean is hit or miss among various ships, I have seen food was being very good for example on Echantment of Seas, and complete trash on Explorer of the Seas.
The food on Anthem was better last year to this year. I'm currently on Wonder of the seas and buffet not as good as Anthem. We have unlimited dining package, so haven't been to MDR

Dinner wasn't open last week. It will depend on capacity. There was 1300 onboard, so wasn't worthwhile for a dinner buffet.
