Chilled being someone (I belive) was earning at a higher split than 50/50 and To add more fuel to the fire Twitch recently gave pit Incentives where if you play 6-9 ads per hour for anywhere between 160-198 hours they would pay anywhere between 10k-60k, they give you 1-3 different options too choose from depending on an algorithm and the amount of ads, hours, and money earned is also based on algorithm(allegedly)

All right, here we go. Baby Park turn-by-turn analysis! I'm glad to see Chilled is starting to make sure to give us at least one BP per MK upload. Very kind of him. But an even larger shoutout to Kruz who made it happen. I always knew she was a real one. Additionally, before getting into the breakdown, I'd like to apologize for his last MK video. I may have let my emotions get the better of me, and perhaps I was too cruel. That one is on me. If we expect to see Chilled improve on these races, it's better to come from a place of friendship. And I was doing the opposite last time. There's no excuse for it (even if I suspect (with strong evidence) him of creating deepfakes to run over the top of Baby Parks that happened on twitch only to make them look like different reviews to interrupt this entire review process.) I am sincerely sorry. While I hope Chilled can forgive me, I place no obligation or expectation on him to do so. I was out of line. However the show must go on, and we're going to continue on with the breakdown. If you're unfamiliar or new here, the most important part to Baby Park is the turns. Its a race that is super high in luck, but if you run the turns right, you can really make things go in your favor. My general philosophy: Optimize every turn above all else. Hitting the turn right is more important than trying to pick up items. In order to hit the turn right with Chilled's build: He needs to setup pretty much right in the middle of the outside lane. Then he should begin his powerslide as soon as he crosses the half-way mark of the straightaway (when it changes color from red-to-blue or blue-to-red.) It seems early, but its for the best. What he'll want to do when he begins the slide is hold his stick to the left, to stay wide for a few moments. On the track there is a gray plank that cuts across the diameter of the semi-circle that makes the turn. When he crosses that plank, that's when he should immediately switch to holding the stick to the right so that he starts to cut in. You might need to make subtle adjustments to do it right, but following that should allow you to cut across the inside yellow edge, and have full purple power boost coming out of the turn. And then you get setup for the next one by slowly veering back out to the outside lane. When you have mushrooms, ALWAYS save them for turns. Every turn is like a shortcut on a normal map. Using mushrooms on straights is a huge waste. Because with the mush, you can now cut the turn even greater by powering through the inside grass. Basically the same approach as described above, but you can cut in earlier, and just when you're about to hit the grass, activate the mushroom to launch through it. Easy. But as I said, don't go out of your way to get items. The items will come to you naturally throughout this race. Trying to get them directly often causes you to stay out wide and lose ground on your opponents. So with tutorial out of the way, let's get on with the goods.
Turn 1 - 16:38 Chilled starts in first place. He gets a low-boost off the start. And he starts a powerslide at a good spot and at the right time. ....But then he veers OUTSIDE to grab an item. He could have cut the corner very smoothly but instead opted for an item. The antithesis to my recommendations. He already has first place and immediately concedes it with this move. He picks up a redshell, which he now immediately has to use because he dropped ranks. See how this just isn't worth it? Grade: D- Rank: 1st to 4th Turn 2 - 16:47 And because he's in 4th place now, he feels obligated to go for ANOTHER item instead of cutting the turn. See how this is snowballing now?? Grade: F Rank: 4th to 5th Turn 3 - 16:54 He picked up three mushrooms in the prior turn, so he could have started to get back into this thing. Bad news is he's already using a mush on the straight. That's a no-no. :( And then he uses another one before even turning. Its just.... Man. There are better ways to use these things. Anyway, he ends up taking a pretty wide turn again. Doesnt at all try to cut the corner normally, let alone try to go through the grass. Then mostly as a result of staying out wide, he gets wrecked with a green shell (I think) and loses even more ground. Cutting through the grass would have saved him here. You'll see the grade below, but I assigned that BEFORE seeing him get hit by items here. Grade: F Rank: 4th to 7th Turn 4 - 17:02 Kind of awkward all around. He starts his powerslide much too late (although his positioning horizontally lane-wise was great for it). Then he also started cutting in much too early. He got bailed out with a last second mushroom, otherwise he was gonna get slowed down by grass. At least he made an attempt to cut the corner for the first time this race. Grade: D+ Rank: 7th to 8th Turn 5 - 17:07 And just like that, his three mushrooms are gone again. Its actually incredible how he can use all three of them on just one straight away. You'd think with how small the map is that would be hard to do. But you can see this puts him in a really bad spot turnwise. He's FAR too inside by the time he realizes he needs to start his slide. And so then the entire turn is taken by being about as far outside as possible. That's some crazy long circumference he's taking on this turn. Not great if you want to go fast. Grade: F Rank: 7th to 7th Turn 6 - 17:12 He has a star activated on. He should absolutely be able to cut this next turn through the grass. Instead, he dips super far inside the track to grab another item. A tactic I highly recommend against :( Especialyl when he already had a star turned on, and was already picking up one item, didn't need to go for a second here. He ends up swinging out wide and clips the wall. I'd have to say this one was bad. Grade: F Rank: 7th to 7th Turn 7 - 17:17 He's once again way too far inside to be cutting this turn properly. With the star he could probably go through the grass again on this one too. So back-to-back turns where he doesn't take the free shortcuts. Like, he does cut through the grass a little bit, but it could have been so much more if he setup in the outside lane for this turn. But with the line he takes, he ends up colliding with the wall on the outside after the turn again. But at least the whole thing wasn't out wide. Grade:D+ Rank: 6th to 5th Turn 8 - 17:22 Its just painful. When attention was first given to these, I saw him actually change his approach for a couple races and he actually made good improvements at trying to cut the length. But we're 8 turns in now, and he hasn't tried it even once yet. HIs star is still active. He also has another star waiting in his hand. And yet he wants MORE items? I don't even know what more is at this point. The time is NOW to start making your moves. The result is a turn that leaves him in the outside lane the entire time. If he instead goes aggressive and cuts through the grass as much as possible, he's likely to be RIGHT on Greg's tail with an easy shot to pass him for 3rd place on the next turn (with star still active.) Grade: F Rank: 5th to 5th Turn 9 - 17:27 Ok. I won't fault him for hitting speedy. Always fun to hit someone with a star and ruin their day. But I must be fair in the grading and fault him anyway. What's good here is this is probably the closest to taking the line he should have been taking on all these item-less turns. Obviously he's missing any sort of build-up with the power boost, but with a star on, it probably doesn't matter as much. The bigger concern is with the item on, he could have cut this turn even more. Grade: C Rank: 5th to 3rd Turn 10 - 17:33 Funny, this turn is pretty much identical to turn 4. He was gonne get slowed down by the grass, but a last second mush appearance allows him to boost through to give the corner a slight cut. His initial lane position was going to be great here, but to start his slide, he was very late as he got distracted with trying to use his fireflower. At least he was able to cut the corner though. Grade: D+ Rank: 3rd to 2nd Turn 11 - 17:38 Ew. He could have easily setup outside, but last minute swings way inside for not even an item. Very strange pathing here. The result is a super wide and awkward turn. It seems Tay may have actually done the turn how I've been recommending this whole time. Look at just how much extra distance she puts on Chilled he takes a wide turn. That's a crazy gap all because of one single turn. Its the perfect illustration for what I'm talking about here. Grade: F Rank: 2nd to 3rd Turn 12 - 17:43 Another rough one. There's just no form to this turn. Somehow he found himself in the middle of the grassy patch without any mushrooms (until he got one mid-patch thankfully.) I don't think there's anything to even review on this one. He just drove right into the grass. (and then crashed into the wall on the opposite side.) Grade: F Rank: 3rd to 3rd Turn 13 - 17:48 Composure is entirely lost, haha... Forgot the lap counter. Panics, and then drives right through the grass again. This time there are no mushrooms to bail him out. So very sad :( Grade: F Rank: 3rd to 3rd Turn 14 - 17:54 He actually makes probably his best attempt at a turn this race. The problem is he's too far inside to really cut this corner properly. He does manage to make it work a little bit though. Very unfortunate in the end that he clips a banana peel. Although if he takes the line I have been recommending, he probably avoids being right behind that drive and can boost past them on the inside track for the finish line, somehow winning first place despite all the terribleness. Grade: C+ Rank: 2nd to 4th
What's funny on that last turn is if you watch the map, you can see Speedy very clearly cutting that turn as much as possible. And he gets rewarded with second place. Cutting turns is the best thing you can do. So the last race I reviewed, Chilled had a very bad race, finishing near the bottom. In short, he raced poorly, and he got a poor rank to reflect it. This actually might be the worst attempt of his that I've seen and yet on the final turn, he had a chance to take 1st. All he had to do was hit a turn like I've been preaching for months now and it was his, even with every turn of this race being a total disaster. So this is a good example of how the luck really can swing wildly on this track. Sometimes when you're bad, you finish bad. Other times you get a rank you had no right being in. More concerning though: Chilled is getting much sloppier in this track than I've seen him in a long while. He had a brief period where he was actually attacking the turns more thoughtfully, but he seems to have completely abandoned those principles. Its time to get back to the basics.

So the last race I reviewed, Chilled had a very bad race, finishing near the bottom. In short, he raced poorly, and he got a poor rank to reflect it. This actually might be the worst attempt of his that I've seen and yet on the final turn, he had a chance to take 1st. All he had to do was hit a turn like I've been preaching for months now and it was his, even with every turn of this race being a total disaster. So this is a good example of how the luck really can swing wildly on this track. Sometimes when you're bad, you finish bad. Other times you get a rank you had no right being in.
More concerning though: Chilled is getting much sloppier in this track than I've seen him in a long while. He had a brief period where he was actually attacking the turns more thoughtfully, but he seems to have completely abandoned those principles. Its time to get back to the basics.
