Classic Doom for LibreCoop

This is a very small patch to make the map list appear under the recent LibreCoop Alpha 1.5. Use this method only for Classic Doom.
Instructions: Rename 'librecoop.pk4' to 'zlibrecoop.pk4'
Then add the fix 'zzcdoommaplist.pk4'
Tested on dhewm3 build 1.5.2: dhewm3.org/
