Once upon a time there was a girl named Blaire. Blaire was nearly a perfect girl. She had beautiful ocean blue eyes and fire-red hair.Her adorable freackles and dimples would always get people staring.Even tho girl Blaire was beautiful and everyone thought she couldnt be insecure about anything , she hated herself. She hated her height because she was always "too tall". She would hate her dimples beacuse people would stare at her and she would think it was because of her height. She was always avarage height but she thought she was too tall.Because of all negative thoughts and puberty Blaire started growing faster, so fast that it reached to a point where she was 14 and 5'10.She has gotten so insecure and absolutely hated herself even more.She stoped eating protein foods,sleeping less, streching just so she wouldnt grow. One day she was scrolling through tik tok and she saw something called subliminals.She tried them for a month and she didnt see any results but her mom did.Her mom was worried but she didnt say anything.Blaire kept listening just because it became a habbitt and a part of her routine.She kept shrinking and her mom was so worried that she took her to the hospital. Blaire all confused was sitting in the doctors office. Her mom said to the doctor that Blaire shrunk a lot. Blaire used to be taller than her mom but now she was shorter. Blaire didnt notice that but after her mom said it she had a huge smile on her face. Doctor measured her and she was 5'4. Blaire couldnt believe it. She started crying happy tears and everyone in the room was confused. School started and Blaire was for the first time excited to go . She wasnt insecure anymore. First month no one could believe it. Blaire started to get compliments again. No one cared about her height anymore. They started complimenting her dimples and freckles AGAIN. Blaire was so happy and gratefull. She listened to some more and today shes 5'0. She is more confident and much happier. She doesnt even get angry when she cant reach something. At the end those tears and pain werent worth it. Just believe and u will achieve!

tips I use as a 4 yr subliminal user :
• stay hydrated - (I don’t mean drinking water constantly I mean just staying hydrated ) drink water a day it helps any headaches you may feel while listening to your subliminals.🍵
• trust and believe -this is a hard one but trust me there’s nothing to lose so why not believe it takes time but it’s worth it at the end if it helps use a blockage /remove negative energy sub I feel like it really helps me ever since I started using it.
• listen on a comfortable sound level.
• affirm -try create your own affirmations it’s better cause it’s what works for you instead of using other people’s one.
• visualise - I find that visualising that you already have your results gives you that extra motivation to keep listening as well as boosts your results.
• don’t obsess over results - this is a problem I’ve tried to overcome I feel like checking my results too early sometimes demotivate me and not want to belive in subliminals which is something you want too avoid check your results every 4 days or weeks.
•don’t be checking yourself in the mirror/ phone camera or any thing that shows your reflection 24/7 or too early when you do that it unmotivates you. When you do look in the mirror for daily uses try forget about the subliminal.
• before listening to subliminals do or listen to something that makes you calm and happy.
• there’s nothing wrong with taking breaks if you feel that your headaches are getting worser while ur still drinking water TAKE A BREAK take a break for a few mins or even a day or two but still affirm even if your not listening.
• don’t just depend on subliminals to get the job done if it’s something like growing your hair buy products do something for your hair massage it etc if it’s like getting slimmer do exercises don’t always depend on subliminals it’s different for getting shorter though or slimmer nose etc.
•try listen during the day / don’t listen very late when I listen very late I fall asleep and miss track of my subliminals and dont listen to the other ones in my playlists but that’s just me listen whenever do what’s best for you
