- Robert Lewandowski's career has been one filled with historic accomplishments, but his rise from being rejected by youth clubs in the Warsaw area to playing in front of only 1000 people has been quite remarkable. There was little hype even when he arrived at Dortmund, as prolific Polish goal scorers really were not that common. This is the story of how "The body" became the world's best striker and possibly the best of the last decade while playing for Bayern München.

He didn't score against PSG in The Final, but he was everywhere on the pitch. He even stopped Neymar fouling him. He's not playin' a star. He is a hard working professional who knows how to play for team, not only for himself alone.
His work rate tracking back defensively is the most underrated part of his game, helps win the ball back and his body control and balance is phenomenal. Just his presence opens up opportunities for others like Coman
@@TheKonnorMacShow :) If Hansi leave Lewandowski on the bench, still some defenders from other side will by watching him.

A legend indeed!
It's not only how much he scores but HOW he scores that is crazy to me. Remember the 1:2 against spurs? Only 3 or 4 Players in the word who can make that goal imo.
That goal was so good, i still remember saying "wow" in real time as it happened, he wasn't even looking at the goal but just his positional awareness and muscle memory to hit the target with pace and accuracy. I really hope he can get that champions league goal record.
Great video mate! Keep going!
Thanks for Watching! More videos coming soon!
still world class
When did he finish 4th at the Ballon d'Or? Because last year he somehow finished 8th although he had scored the most goals that year.
He finished 4th in 2015 voting, he has definitely been left out of even the conversation for a long time, This was the first year he would have been the favorite or favorite with Messi.

Saw that pretty cool!
11:14 is not true, its the opposite. you read that wrong its 30+ GAMES not goals
I was referring to the far right columns, on wikipedia its the totals of all comps, the first number is appearances and the one on the right is goals, so Lewandowski had 5 years straight of at least 40.
