I worked in zerodha and i had a very bad experience over there. Mr. Lindo used to be our trainer and he was so partial and rude, because of him i faced a lot of problems and lost my job . I complained about him to HR but they did nothing. This is the reality that i have experienced.
Not at all.. it is a very sticky business.. unless it is really really bad, people won't move out their monies.Because it takes quite some effort and the reward for that effort might just be a different UI. You are saying its transparent fee structure but that's not true, when we sell equity delivery you are taking DP charge Rs. 13+GST per script which you don't display in brokerage calculator. Even out of 13 Rupees, cdsl is taking only Rs. 5 and Zerodha is taking Rs. 8! So please be more transparent by including DP charge and stamp duty in calculator & don't say its free.

sanjay monpara there is a option to generate contract note bro. Peoples can generate and come to know about stam duty and dp charges.
