Bray use to deliver sermons. There was a time when people would give a straight up applaud when he would finish his statements because they appreciated what he just gave to them. Can't ignore that.

I think The Rock, Dusty, and Stone Cold are all great, but there is only one number 1. To me selling tickets because of your interview is what decides who gets number one. People liked The Rock, Dusty, and Stone Cold and they would go see them wrestle for that reason alone. People hated Ric Flair in the beginning and he pissed them off so much with his interviews that they had to go see him wrestle. Ric’s interviews were great, but the other thing is he had so many of them also. If you picked the top 20 greatest wrestling interviews of all time, Ric has at least 15 of those. Wooooooo.

The Crippler: The Chris Benoit Story
Best technical wrestlers please!
I Love Your Video 📸 Andy Awesome Job 👍
Kid Dynamite: Mike Tyson
How about this title:
Going Good: Wrestling's greatest Babyface turns
How about an episode on wrestling all time best sellers? (Non career jobbers because I don't wanna see Rocky King Bill & Randy Mulkey)
Lawler feuding with Bret hart had the most hilarious old jokes for Helen hart. Comedy gold. When she was born, the dead sea was just sick, and waitress at the last supper!!
Vince McMahon had what could have been one of the greatest babyfaces of all time. Superstar Billy Graham
Arn Anderson deserves a mention. Road Warrior Hawk had some great moments on the mic as well.
Ole Anderson too. He did the quiet, serious as a heart attack promo before Jake Roberts. Hell Jake cut his teeth wrestling in Georgia and Ole may have helped him develop that style of promo.
"It never ceases to amaze me what the human mind can come up with . For instance take the Royal Rumble this afternoon you're gonna send someone to that ring every 2 minutes a fresh man , so you're thinking to yourself which number will be the best . Well the last number will be the best but that doesn't really mean anything because there will still be a lot of hungry men out there . The man who wins this match won't be the best athlete , the best wrestler but the man that will do anything , maybe take that extra step , do a bit more than anyone else maybe sacrifice a bit more than anyone else . Now that sounds a lot like me . " Jake Roberts coliseum video interview just before Royal Rumble 1990 .
Austin or Heyman not being there makes this whole list illegitimate
Nick Bockwinkle back in international wrestling? Damn that's a crazy good shot.
Paul Heyman deserved more than a 1-sec shoutout in this. Also, if we are talking current promos then no-one is doing a better job than Bray Wyatt right now.
If we're talking callbacks, then what Steven Richards did as a heel in Right To Censor was particularly memorable.
Hell yeah the center of the thumbnail Should be the American dream. He holds it down as the best o the mic in wrestling ever. Imho.
Bray Wyatt is an honorable mention in my opinion.
I literally sleep when Bray starts to talk!
Straight up he has good acting skills only Seth Rollins and edge currently rivals him
@@mehulrathod7739 Thank you! I am tired of just nodding along when people bring bray up in conversations as being a total package talent. Good in-ring skills for his size? Yes. Fun original characters? Yes, but they grow stale quickly. Great mic/promo work? My God no.
Bray use to deliver sermons. There was a time when people would give a straight up applaud when he would finish his statements because they appreciated what he just gave to them. Can't ignore that.
Arguably #1. The fans adore him. Look at his current feud with LA Knight. The fans do like Knight very much and in this feud he is the baby face and only hostile to Bray because of his sneak attacks. But when Knight provoked a fight with Bray last Friday the fans booed him as loudly as I've ever heard them boo anybody.
One of the best moments from the rock for me was teh sing along with stone cold
I remember Jericho reading off armbar like 3 times in that promo 😂
Oh it was at least 5-6 times
This was the height of my wrestling watching, watching through wcw and wwf, but I always loved Jericho!
I strongly disagree with the narrator on this video, his best stuff was with WCW as a heel, not the late 2000s WWE stuff.
It's crazy that you didn't put CM Punk, MJF, Samoa Joe, or even SCSA on this list. Hopefully you make a part 2 and add them in.
No women more noteworthy in recent memory than Becky.
One of the few Vince gave freedom on the mic. Endorsed by Dusty, Edge, The Rock, Austin, Cena and Undertaker.
Her swagger and world class mic skills have helped her remain lovable even as a heel
There is no one in today’s wrestling that come close to the 90’s-00’s era
No cena when he embarrassed the rock in every promo they had is hilarious
The Miz is actually a great talker too. Even though he is mostly a heal he is still a fantastic talker
Absolutely. During the three way rivalry with Miz, Cena and The Rock, Miz was the one caught my attention the most...THAT is saying something about his abilities,
The best talker has always been The Rock.
Yeah...🙄
@@ameliastencil6058 why the 🙄
@@shawnmorton3538 He says "duhh.. no need to specify"
Is there gonna be a part 2??? A couple people are missing from this list
I think it's funny how the older rick flair gets the more he sounds like daffy duck
You're talking about the Rolex wearing, diamond ring wearing, kiss stealing (WOO!)
Wheeling dealing, Limousine riding, Jet Flying, Succotash Sufferin, son of a gun!!!
Don't Forget Superstar Billy Graham! He was Tops!
I was expecting to see The Iron Sheik! But from this list Savage was my number 1 💯
I have watched wrestling for a very long time and Ric Flair is number one on the microphone, period. All the rest can fight and argue over the number two spot, but number one is taken by slick Ric. Wooooooo.
No Mick Foley? His promos were haunting with both Cactus and Mankind.
Honorable mention.
Triple H
Road Dogg
John Cena
Bray Wyatt
Randy Ortan
The Usos
Stone Cold
The Undertaker
Bubba Ray
Bloodline Era Roman Reigns
Samoa Joe
CM Punk
Jeff Jarret
AJ Lee
The Miz

I didn’t realize there was was something the Undertaker wasn’t one of the greatest at.
Taker was a decent promo, but for the majority of his career, his persona was that he didn’t talk all that much.
@@zlinedavid but kane is was great
Dude stone cold and John cena not being on here is a crime both are so good on the mic
Great video! I feel AJ Lee deserved a segment here but otherwise amazing video!
The figure four leg drop of course, always gets the biggest pop of the night
I'm surprised John Cena as his Doctor of Thuganomics isn't on this list. Not sure what the criteria is as a talker on the mic. Stone Cold should be here as well, or even Paul Heyman.
cena literally only made in the WWE because his Mic skills were undeniable. plenty of generic big men around but the moment they let him do his thing and a legend was born.
When you mention "the gift of gab", only one guy comes to mind 😵🤣
Shane mcmahon needs to be on this list!
The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Jake the Snake Roberts, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes, Mick Foley, Hogan, The Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase, Macho Man Randy Savage, Mean Gene Okerlund, Paul Bearer, Paul Heyman,
Chris Jericho, HBK and DX had some good ones too, Ultimate Warrior, John Cena and Orton has a good psychology to him too alot like Jake.
Ernie Ladd?
