i got him today normal mode in scylla groove he dropped that bison sniper and tons of good loot.
The major problems are he is really strong if you whant to kill him alone so setup good guns and a teammate.
This function with a lot of enemies but you need alot of luck.
vault hunter modes are a help but it can that you try like 10 times to spawn him.

Does T.O's chances of spawning involve distance? I've noticed every time I've spawned him (And every time in the video) he's thrown his axe at me. This pattern makes me think you need a VERY specific distance between you and the Ultimate Badass Savage for him to become T.O. It'd make sense too. Considering all the areas he can easily be spawned in are quite large and offer distance.

sorry testing if you have ps3 get triple pack because it comes with all 3 games bonus with all doc for each game it comes 2 disc dlc installation and game play they also have the triple pack for Xbox 360

why love this boss because hard fight without explosive type weapons and drop good loot sometimes

Classic Queen I (Jake) enjoy OOO. It's best to farm him in Sir Hammerlock's DLC.
I thought if you traveled to another area it will despawn the enemies?
When it comes to the Badass Savages, the only thing that traveling away and back does is drop them down to a Badass if they are leveled up. It will not despawn them.
You can also use this trick to farm Triple O in Scylla's Grove in Sir Hammerlock's DLC.
Is this not possible on solo anymore because of the recent patch that doesnt allow 4 player difficulty on solo?

It's doable in solo. Just your chances are 3% lower.
William Morse yea its a long farm. Both times i got him to spawn then him dropping the twister. Was 4 hours or more of farming.

dpuh is pretty bad for this encounter. no way to get even half the projectiles on his head. you'll have better luck with a lady fist imo. or interfacer or conference call if you have a siren helping
