Hands down, this is one of the BEST Zombie films ever -- and I've watched countless over the years. First-rate acting, locations, writing, directing, and editing. WOW! BRAVO!!!!
I can’t stand it when a person leaves a loved one alive as a zombie you have no idea if they are suffering inside plus its your loved one how can you leave them like that end both of your suffering or off both of you and get it over with. I have often wondered if it were even my kids what i would do and i come to the same conclusion every time i would put them down i couldn’t leave them in that state fir their sake and what if they got loose and caused someone else to get infected thats on your hands now too so
Stepping away from the face-value (zombies), we're seeing if, and when, they finally allow themselves to grieve the loss of their loved one. Personally, I couldn't imagine having to be the one to put my children down if they turned into zombies. Every time I would attempt, and maybe this is because I am a maladaptive daydreamer, I would see them as they were alive - the memories we created. The way it would wreck my heart would be enough to leave them in that state even when I logically know they should be put down. That's because I would not be ready to accept that they're gone, I would not be ready to grieve even though I should. It is wrong and twisted to believe that keeping your loved one alive in that state is a form of keeping them here with you, but grief can be that way. We can't hold on to the past. 😅 They did a great job evoking those emotions in this short film lol and you are right, that it's not okay to leave them like that. I just wanted to put my two cents in and became emotional during 😂
I feel like this was a trailer for something bigger, like this was just the highlights. I'd like to believe that. It was good, but it left me wanting more.
wow got me in the heart that shortie I always think when a really great shortie comes out why not make it longer but i suppose it wouldnt impact as much great acting xx
Hi Allison, we really appreciate such comment, thank you. We hope to make a long version if we find one production. Making of video is coming to explain this project. Keep an eye on our channel please :)
I just don't understand how you people think, if you see something horrible and disgusting as a zombie. I'm pretty sure you don't want your loved ones in that condition, there's literally nothing you can do for them but put them out of their misery.
Hey, thanks for watching :) I would like to talk, as example, about the movie "Million Dollar Baby". Some people would say "i can't let people i love in this horrible condition". Other would say "whatever physical conditions he/she is living, he/she still the one i love, i can't kill him/her". Of course we are using fiction here for talking about this message in our movie. Thanks for sharing with us
This was explored through five different characters at different times on The Walking Dead--the idea that someone's need to feel that their loved one is still with them or can be made normal again might override their ability to understand or acknowledge that they're gone and there's nothing anyone can do to bring them back. Morgan, whose wife was infected and turned and he knew he should put her down, if not for her, then for his son who was tormented and whose safety was threatened by her presence outside the house where they were hiding. Herschel, who kept his wife and other loved ones in his barn, hoping they could eventually be "cured" even though he was a veterinarian and was perfectly capable of recognizing death. Clara, whose husband was nothing but a head, yet she tried to keep feeding him because she was too afraid to be in the world without him. Lizzie, a child who didn't understand what the zombies were and thought they were just "different". And the governor, who kept his zombified daughter with him in the hope that his "science" guy Milton could prove that the walkers still retained some remnant of the person they used to be. I can easily imagine some people doing this is a zombie apocalypse were to happen in reality.
Excellent dashing storyline by movie's screening. Massage of that's movie to.. *Danger never would called about anytime & anyway* . Upcoming years that's should be *Ready to Die* .
A random thought here - imagine the usual zombie apocalypse, with bloodthirsty zombies as always and stuff. But for 5-10 minutes of the day they all become normal, with no memories of what they were doing during their "zombie mode", but with everything that makes them them - there. Would be A LOT harder to think that they are no longer human and that there's no way for them to come back to their senses. And a lot more difficult to dispose of them.

I'm confused: did he travel with her as a zombie? Did they get to the woods together before she turned? There's a jump from the backyard to the woods and it's not clear what's a dream and what's not.
Hi, thanks for watching :) It is confused for you because you think dreams were exaclty what's happened... Dream one, she stills human in a garden before transforming, dream two, she is running in a forest before transforming. With different nightmars, the main character lives again and again a sad moment when his wife is transforming. This is why she wears different clothes in dreams and reality. We never see the real beginning about this moment. We can imagine both characters wanted to hire themself in a forest but Amber was attacked, then they used ropes for protecting Alex.
