I did everything the way you showed and it worked.
Just 1 Thing to add: you seem to need a very well fitting screwdriver for this job. Short, sharp and sturdy. I had to use 2 srewdrivers stacked on top of each other, because 1 would bend and the other also didn't work on it's own.

Hello, On my mk2 focus, the plastic par behind the steering wheel makes a clicking noise when turning the wheel, similar to what turn signal control makes. I removed the turn signal control to make sure it was not faulty, and the noise is still here and is driving me insane. Do you have any Idea of what it could be? Thanks a lot
