Tribulations of practicing law in general court martial

Following the Supreme Court ruling outlawing the trial of civilians in the general court-martial, lawyers have been sharing the tribulations of practicing law in this institution. Baker Ssenyonga Mulinde caught up with some of the lawyers and how they were able to cope with the regulations in this court were against the law.
