I've never had a writer specify time of day until I asked. But one of them took it too far. After I asked, he started setting every scene he could at either sunrise or sunset, and always wanted "golden hour" type lighting. Some writers just don't understand how light and time works.
Hey Kurt, you're my go-to channel for digital comic coloring stuff. But I don't have a go-to channel for digital comic pencils & ink stuff yet, there's a sea of channels out there.. Do you have any recommendations for good TH-cam channels for those aspects of the business? Thanks!
@@colorwithkurt Holy Crap! I just checked out a video on Elsa's channel called Jurassic Park; How to Apply Film Blocking to Comics, and it *blew* *my* *mind* That woman is a genius! Thank you *SO* much for such a good recommendation!

Hi Kurt, loving everything from Kenya question, How do i chose the DPI to work with my comic?
Anything over 300 is fine. There's no point going lower.
How do you make it so your NOT coloring over the ink?
The simplest way is to set your line art as a multiply layer and color on a layer underneath.

If you set rhe width and heights in pixels, the resolution doesn’t matter, right?
