Beautiful elevation.
Indeed we cannot do away with grills considering the security. The grills often mar the beauty of aluminum/upvc windows and is an eyesore. This is the first time it wasn’t felt as an eyesore. The design of the grills is unique and simple.
Wall fan is an eyesore than a ceiling fan but probably the ceiling height or the space for chandelier was the reason for having it incorporated there. A smaller living like in here affords opportunity for the people to be closer.
Not sure if maximising the space utility has given feeling of being crammed. As long as the dwellers of this beautiful house is happy these shouldn’t matter.

Actually 3600 sqft includes car porch and external patio, and balcony spaces. And yes. The interior has a lot more elements than our usual projects and the finishes are all according to the client's wish. Yes.
They are very happy with it too. And thats waht matters here.

8 months , 3500 sq ft. Good time achievement in Kerala. elevation and landscape, good design.
Room layout is good.
Elders prefer single level floor.
High level longitude windows are good for Bed rooms. Reduces room temperature.
Kitchen window , 1100 lindel level is good.

Good design, unlevel flooring will aesthetically look good , but hazardous for residential purposes. I have seen many home owners regretting it. An architect should consider all the factors and educate the client.

Home design is good. Architecht is involved in this project fully. But lot of areas needs to be improved. Different levels of floors dangerous for elderly people, kids and guests. Safety is not very well taken care. Space utilisation is not appropriate. But beautiful.

Also wide gaps between the hand rails in the stairs can be a safety issue! The maximum gap should be 100mm only. Please do consider this in your future projects!

you are right. elevation wise is ok, but there are several other techniques that architects can employ to further mitigate the heat issues which are missing here.

And thats it. and not just elevation wise. planning, zoning, and volume level mitigation techniques have been used here.
