Super dexta subsoiling

My 1962 fordson super dexta doing a bit of subsoiling with a Ferguson subsoiler on some fairly tough/dry Weald clay with the hope that when we do get some rain that the ground will drain a bit better

Thanks I’ve owned it since my early teens when I bought it instead of a new BMX, now I’m in my late 30s I’m definitely glad I went for the tractor 👍🏻🚜

nice work, thats a lot of strain. was it to improve drainage?

Yep exactly that the field often laid waterlogged through the winter months so subsoiling in tandem with having the ditches cleaned out has made a fairly good difference, I should have probably put a few extra psi in the tyres as the tyre flex was most of the cause for the tractor jolting but it did the job 👍🏻
