I also have a Champion generator that I can power my house with during an outage. I really like it.

Cool - hard to believe how cheap they are comparatively - and Costco has some Firman models that are even cheaper.

That's interesting you went from the big Honda 3000 to the Champion 4500. I've got an 8 year old Honda 2000 that runs everything on my TT except the AC. I run it 8 to 12 hours a day dry camping and it's never let me down with between 1000 and 1500 hours on it. I'm looking at an open frame Champion 4500 inverter for home backup. Don't need the remote start and the open frame is lighter. I looked at the Champion 2500 inverter but thing I'd pay for the Honda 2200 for a replacement for my Honda 2000.

@@MIoffGridAdventures Awesome dude, 262 pounds, put it in place and leave it!

@@wikolib6821 Yes, it's so big and heavy I had to build a custom base for it and it required using my tractor's pallet forks and towstraps to get it into the final location. The EU3000is is about 100 pound and I thought that was heavy!

Did it help the sound? If that was the main reason to buy would you suggest that product
