I visited this place in one of the lowest phase of my life, was just on a brink of depression but Art of Living made me a better person. I don't follow it as much but I'm very grateful for all the AOL courses my dad made me do. It had sure made me a better person. Gurudev will always have my love admiration and respect.
If you don't, then start practicing your sudarshan kriya regularly. You would be amazed to see the results.

Guruji SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR is par excellence, having heard about him from my uncle who stayed with him in hostel in Bangalore as a student. I know much little but surely can get very promising vibes from him watching him. I loved his SADHU NITYA PRAGYAJI was a great singer.
