The word `Black' is technically correct (while words like Negro are considered offensive and racist). I have used the phrase men of colour - which is generic for anyone who is not white - because somehow I find the word `Black' a bit offensive. In this context, African would have been fine though not all Africans are Blacks. If you are using the word `Black' in your answers, make sure you write B in capital letters.
Why is the word black offensive when it's just a colour?
Because of the way it is sometimes used in order to put someone down.
So shouldn't we normalise the use of the word black by using it properly (not to discriminate someone)
Instead of sticking to the stereotypical notion that black is bad
In normal conversations
Bcuz not using the word black makes it a taboo too
Black with a capital B as a group is fine. But to call someone black, I feel, does not make for polite conversation.

Good afternoon sir, Sir I am a student from class 12 isc. Sir my cousin bought your book of essays and letters for his class 9. I read 4-5 essays from the book and they were really wonderful. Sir I just wanted to ask if you have made any plans to launch a similar book for isc as I think we would benefit from it more as they will be according to our word limit and we will not get letters . So sir please take a look. I know you are very busy due to some work not related to academics but even if you release it at the end of the year we will be happy.

hi! I've been using the workbook by Dr. K. S. Paul - Evergreen Publications, I'd recommend that. It has necessary details regarding all the aspects of a particular text & you can find the solutions in Google too!

@@Phone1-oi6ioFor some students ( Specially north Indians ) Giving a slight context in Hindi is very helpful . Otherwise Understanding it in English will help to improve vocabulary which we can use in our answers
