There is a TH-cam video that has a real doctor giving an analysis of all the injuries involved in at least the first movie. The Wet Bandits would not have lived long.
Oh, yeah. There's this doctor on TH-cam that I love, Dr. Mike, and after he did a video reacting to Home Alone injuries, he said that there was no way Marv and Harry actually survived any of that.
Fun little fact: the spider was actually real. Daniel Stern also allowed it to be put on his face, but for only one shot. The scream was ad-libbed so as to not scare the spider and have it accidentally bite him.
That 100-LB Cement Bag on Marvs Face was Wild, It would’ve snapped his neck like a twig. But the Flamethrower Trap on Harry is so Funny, especially the 2nd time when he tried to extinguish it with the Toliet without knowing that’s kerosene 😂
@@g-burtfred1106 Another part of that scene that I find beyond hilarious is that as he's trying to turn the sink on, he says the line, "HE DID IT!", like he was kinda expecting that trap, but was hoping not to encounter it again.
Despite it being comical, the delayed reaction time might’ve been pretty realistic. The first time Harry’s head was burned might’ve damaged the nociceptors in his scalp, rendering them useless. This should explain why he only reacted to the fire the second time by looking in the mirror, because he could no longer feel in that part of his body.
No one cares about the other crappy movies after the first and second films. Those other films in this franchise shouldn’t exist, no regret whatsoever saying that.
@ “no one cares” yet I’ve had 24 likes so thats obviously more than no one. Also critics and audience reviews rate it the same as HA2 so that says a lot. Take out your affiliation with Macauley Culkin and you’ll appreciate HA3 more. The traps were funnier too.
I actually like Home Alone 3 as a kid, it was nice to see why Alex was home alone, his mom and dad both work so he will be home alone, how they have spy as villain and the military chip in the toy car as perfect
The second movie will always be my favorite because of the last trap. When the Wet Bandits/ Sticky Bandits are covered with paint and have pigeon seed thrown at them sticking to them will always be funny. The way Marv screams is hilarious. It's fitting they were called the Sticky Bandits and meet their end by being sticky.🤣🤣🤣
Home Alone 3 are among the best traps also like: - Electric Chair Trap - Electric Wire Trap - Low Blow Trap - Mud & Pot Trap - Elevator Shaft Trap (That Alice suffers back fracture)
I've only seen the 1st 2 movies. The 2nd movie's even better than the 1st. Not only does it up the ante with the traps, but Kevin's family is a LOT better than they were in the 1st movie.
This year will be mine and my friend's twentieth iteration of our long-standing tradition of watching the 3 GOOD Home Alone Movies in a marathon around Christmas. This is a great taster of what is to come
There are a few other traps in the first two films: Home Alone: Toy cars, paints cans, trip wire and tarantula Home Alone 2: Slime on ladder, bag of tools, ladder
Trap numbers 18, 13, and 2 would EASILY be enough to kill someone. And putting out the blowtorch flame in Home Alone 2 with the toilet full of kerosene would also have killed Harry.
Home Alone 1 and 2: Lost in New York will always be funny, iconic, and nostalgic. Gotta give credit to 3 too. It may not be the same as 1 and 2 but it's just as funny as 1 and 2. The traps are also just as hilarious and painful.
“Nice night for a neck injury!!!” Harry and Marv got a whole lot more than a neck injury. Harry’s utterance of the word “Oops!!!” as the column swings towards them was just priceless.
Til this day i still watch the original which is the funniest i didn’t know there were 3 other movies after home alone 3. Theres a reason most of the best traps come from the first 3 movies

The pipe in "Home Alone 2"
@@WatchMojo In Home Alone 3 when he tricked them into jumping in the pool 😂

Same here. Best Christmas movie of all time hands down!
Even I’m cracking up lol!!
The flamethrower trap was priceless 😂
Timeless indeed
Correction: it was FIRE 🔥
Easily the best one
1st or 2nd? Mine's the 2nd because of the additional toilet full of flammable liquid.
Yeah😂😂😂😂😂
13:10 "that was the sound of a tool chest, falling down the stairs" the way marv delivers this line has always been my fave home alone gag since i was little 😂
It’s a miracle that they survived any of these
Don't worry they have plot armor, the ultimate fictional protection.
They should have died in the first movie
It’s like a Real Life Version of a Cartoon
There is a TH-cam video that has a real doctor giving an analysis of all the injuries involved in at least the first movie. The Wet Bandits would not have lived long.
I believe that's Dr Jordan Wagner@thudthud5423
Can't beat the classic Paint Cans on a rope. Except in Home Alone 2 with The Giant Steel Pipe on a rope.
Yeah. The fact that the Wet/Sticky Bandits expect the paint cans, think they got the upper hand and then see the iron bar come down was priceless.
If they changed when the pipe fell on them to the metal pipe sound effect I would have laughed even harder
Harry's "No" never ceases to make me laugh 😂
Lmao
I've always called the Home Alone movie human cartoons, because I know the burglars would never even survive the first few traps.
Don't you mean live-action cartoons
True that.
Scientifically videos have proven the facts.
And that's why I call them "the immortal bandits"
Oh, yeah. There's this doctor on TH-cam that I love, Dr. Mike, and after he did a video reacting to Home Alone injuries, he said that there was no way Marv and Harry actually survived any of that.
Kevin in the first movie: "I will defend my house!"
Kevin in the second movie: "These motherfuckers gonna _die!_ "
Kevin in the third movie (if they made one with Macaulay Culkin): "I'm going to prison for first degree murder."
_two bandits gonna die tonite_
kevin in second movie : i gotta protect sick children in hospital
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣😂😂
I love the traps from the first, second and third movies.
The spider on Marv face was hilarious

@@fantasyfox965 me too! But seeing a grown man scream like a little girl because of a 🕷 is 💯% PRICELESS!!! AND HILARIOUS!!!
Harry and Marv are the best villains in the Home Alone franchise, hands down.
Yeah, the immortal bandits are iconic
@nucleonegro9762 Yep!
Even those I like how in Home Alone 3, they do Spy as villain and how the toy car have a millary chip in it
@melissagrant4178 And they only went after the kid because of a bag mixup at the airport.

i almost laugh till I cry, the movies and actors are so well done!!!
@GM8101PHX Agreed
The Flame Torch trap gets me every time. 🤣
His deadpan reaction to the feathers was priceless
I loved the follow-up dialogue with Harry and Marv--H: Why are you barefoot? M: Why are you dressed like a chicken? :)
The electrocuting sink trap will always be the best! the setup and payoff of him going full skeleton is pure comedy gold
And yet after all those years i still wonder
How are these 2 alive after going trough those traps ?
plot armor.
they're too stupid for brain damage to mean anything.
“Why the hell did you take your shoes off?”
“Why the hell are you dressed like a chicken?”
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
All the traps are ingenious, but the flamethrower was the cherry on the trap sundae! 😅

What’s extra hilarious about the toilet bowl scene is the fact he was able to handstand on it flawlessly, as if he was a professional gymnast.
