    That makes the beenkeragh ridge look like the M8

      That's on my to-do list. Did curved gulley yesterday

    Never seen anything quite like that, totally insane. I felt queasy just watching it.

    Exciting. Looks a great route & thanks for not adding music on the climb itself..

      yep in hindsight these things are best left raw with just the original recordings...and without flashy recording effects...just a domestic camcorder and press record and leave it there

    This is a good pov for how dangerous the ridge is and how sharp it is

    Nice video, I'm planning on doing this hike next week.
    Where is the location of the car park & is there signs for directions?
    Thanks

    • @bradleylinemihler
      @bradleylinemihler  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Park at Cronin's yard or lislebane for free. The very beginning in the video is just a little beyond Cronin's. Enjoy and. No signs. It's so long ago I have forgotten the route. Enjoy and be careful 👍

      @@bradleylinemihler thank you I was at cronins yesterday. I climbed carrountohill.

      thats good...the map intro at the start should give you a good idea. at 26 seconds in the video the red line is the path up the bone...this can be started at lake callee before you come the the ladder..be mind ful of some of the exposed areas as you approach the big gun..I wouldnt be able to do it now. this video brings back memories :)

    • @1652ification
      @1652ification 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@bradleylinemihler I'll keep that in mind Bradley. So basically you just go left from the ladder and make your way up from there!
      I have a feeling that's its a harder climb than carrountohill and more dangerous but the views from the top are amazing.
      Ah I'm sure you'll be well able slow and steady wind the race ⛰️😉

    • @bradleylinemihler
      @bradleylinemihler  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@1652ification well its a much longer climb than carrantoohil :) and yes you are correct..you will immediately spot the bone on your left up to knocknapeiste as you get near the ladder . the bone is quite safe and the walk along Knocknapeiste is safe..you need to watch as you get closer to the big gun especially the climbdown at 26:28. it is exposed there and other areas around there but its all doable..its just looong..enjoy :)
