A rope block helps- letting truck stay in neutral- with the trailer front tires chocked - decrease your lift angle - use the weight of the load to pull the trailer under the can - lot of stress to frame do it like this - but bottom line you got it done good job
Also not to mention there is 45-50 sq of shingles. I did not want the can wheel to fall in the grass. It would immediately sink. It was beginning to rain so that would have been a mess
It was starting to rain. The yard was borderline soft. I did not want the can to roll off the blocks and sink in the yard. Should we have put 45sq in? Probably not however there was a bin and a dump trailer onsite. The crew filled the bin up first thinking it was ok. I was not going to make them remove it. Not to mention the trailer handled it well.
Respectfully, With a load that size, a snatch block is a must. Standing that close, turns that cable into a deadly weapon without a snatch block. I am actually impressed this system was capable of loading that much roofing material. Don't let the chance of rain jeopardize your safety, or the safety of others around you. Just Saying. Not trying to be rude.
So what will the trailer actually dump weight wise?
Need a snatch block on that

It's amazing how nice dumpsters slide on their rails. Instead of dead lifting the load drop your rails down til your track touches.
That's why I never buy one of these sets .
So what was the actual dump weight. 50squares should be about 6tons.
6.08 tons according to the dump receipt.
@@srsroofingandsiding770 lucky guess. How were you doing versus the truck and trailers GVW? Sounds like you might have been over?
@@CreativeNetCare with the combined weight I was under
Made that look a little harder then it was.. I like the new cans more room for graphics.
Not really. I was letting my little man help me.

Sling u a pully on and let’s go. No need for drama
There is so much wrong with this
@@RideNew24 wrong with what?
